Resolution of Confliction
Conflict is one of many challenges in everyday life. It is presented to us in many ways such as trying to figure out how to get your homework done on time, finding a way to win the football game, or something just as simple as trying to get out of doing your chores. However, there are times in everyone's life where your conflict is beyond the norm. These could include standing up to your school bully, trying to save someone’s life, or as many would say the greatest conflict in human history, the Nazis rise to power. These people don’t even bother help for reasons that all comes down to themselves, such as being scared to stop the situation, not caring about the person, etc. This makes the bully himself feel even more motivated to do bully the victim in all of this. In history, this event happened with everyone the Nazis deemed not worthy enough to live as the victims, the Nazis as the bully, and America and other countries as the bystanders. One victim in particular, Elie Wiesel, was a survivor of the Auschwitz and Buchenwald Nazi Camps. He told his stories of the horrors of the holocaust and how people should not stand by and watch people suffer for their choice of not getting involved. It could make people in a happier mood if you are positive, or aggressive, which is to not be mixed up with being violent which, according to GoodTherapy.Org states, “Violence can be defined as the use of physical force with the intent to injure another person or destroy property, while aggression is generally defined as angry or violent feelings or behavior”. A great example, according to GoodTherapy.Org claims that “A person running to catch a bus may run into someone, or knock over a child”. The action that caused the person to do this was the bus leaving which caused the person try to get the bus in time, which in turn had consequences for the people around him. There are many ways to solve a conflict-no matter how right or wrong it is-just to get it done and over with. You could just lie to your mother about how your sister stole the last cookie, or you could tell the truth and say you did it. These statements tell people who you are and all of these actions impact someone. No matter what it is that you do such as being happy, angry, or rude, they all help piece together who you are now and what you could
