This particular gentleman was proud of what he did and he said that now that he is out he is going ot do the same thibng. It was like he didn’t care that he could go back to jail. I am frighten of jail, but this man wasn’t , he was only 5 10 and about one 165 punds. I thought he was a skinny, guy. In my head all I could thin was that jail must not be what it use to be . it seems like not one if afraid of jail anymore. This indicidual did not want to hear anything thst I had ti say, I asked him how was his day and his response was can I egt my free ciehts now. I asked him what did he like to do and his response was figh people. Ms. Kris intervened and stop the session, because it was clear that he did not want to be here. The subject I intend to reflect upon is confidentiality within a professional healthcare setting. Confidentiality formed a part of our professional issues lectures and it piqued my interest due to how differently it is interpreted within healthcare as opposed to education, which is my background. In an educational setting I was taught repeatedly that I could never ensure confidentiality between myself and a child. Comparing that to what I have now learnt in healthcare, this seemed to me almost the opposite way of working as I was used to and so I wish to reflect upon this.

An inmate who lives in the upper level is also going through the same thing. Well I spoke to this inmate and we decided that instead of getting a random cellie we would pair up. We have been friends for some time and I like her. So I thought this would be a good decision. It became apparent why he was nervous about this situation. His new cellie is a transgender woman, which they are considered to be at the bottom of the hierarchy by most inmates. When you said her do you mean this inmate is a transgender woman?
