Since I was a child, I’ve been an NC State fan. Going to the women’s basketball games, men’s basketball games, and football most Saturdays was a family affair. Sometimes, I even think my first words were “Go pack!”. I had a little cheerleader outfit, sat sideline at the basketballs games and thought my calling was to be an NC State cheerleader at 5 years old. In middle school, I went to NC State basketball and volleyball camps. This love of NC State was one that united my whole family and brought us together during our busy schedules.

Despite the naysayers I’m going continue doing what something I like and enjoy doing. Even though WNBA games are not as exciting as NBA games, the players of the WNBA deserve equal pay because the team mindset makes the game more challenging, players continue to show their hard work in the offseason by playing overseas, and they inspire young girls by providing for charities as a result of their work.

In my paper I will discuss the different staff, facilities, and programs that both of the universities have. Both schools are great school, but each has very different Rec Sports and facilities. I have made mostly A’s and B’s all of my life, so I will probably have the chance to go to a good college if I choose to do so. Many problems going around about college sports and colleges athletes. Most colleges all over the nation allow the college to have sports but then there are some that don't. Being in a sport in college is just like basically having a job. You would need to be dedicated to this and not have much time for anything else. Practices can last anywhere from 4 to 6 hours a day just for one thing. Kind of crazy to think about something like this. Many people just simply don't have the time to do sports in college because they have a real job outside of school. This is different compared to high school because you would have time then and now you don't have much time for anything else at all. There are college athletes basically everywhere you go. Whether they play for universities or juts community colleges, it's all the same thing. The only big difference about this is the price differences. Universities are much more expensive then when playing for a community college so that's why people get scholarships.
