The Roman Empire and the Han Dynasty were one of only civilizations that were superior during the late 700 B.C.E. During this time, many people started to expand outwards and introduce new trade routes and advance in technology. Ideas are spreading from Eastern Asia to Western Asian during this time period. Although these civilizations share similarities such as Emperor Roles, Barbarian/border issues, and deployment of armies to colonize, they also differed when it came to their political, economic, and social structures. Rome had a political and social advantage but Han China still had an advantage in economic strength.
