These key traits are better defined as maintaining overall good business morals, obtaining employees who possess personal ethical values, and finally to behave ethically and with sensitivity toward social, cultural, economic and environmental issues. If I were to design a plan for an ethical code for a company it would be laid out so everyone could easily understand it. There would need to be research completed to know exactly what information will need to be included in the book.
