There are many religions in modern society. Two of the more prominent religions are; Christianity and Islamic. Christianity is basic on people believes on Jesus Christ, it is all about Jesus the son of God. They believe in Jesus Christ as the prophet. Bible is one of their important thing and because in the bible, they talked about all the Journey of Jesus. The Holy Bible is the guide of their faith. Jesus is a Jewish and so Christianity is also Jewish religion because that’s where it began and seen as the Abrahamic religion. Christianity is the culmination of Judaism. It is also believed that he would return to reward those who have lived. The understanding of Christianity has to start from the Judaism thing because Jesus was born a Jew and he grew up with Jewish tradition. Aso Abraham was a religious triple threat where he deals with Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. After Emperor Constantine in around 3000 century, the Roman Empire helped to spread the Christianity.
Islam is a Muslim religion, it has begun on the seventh-century lead by Mohammed. Islam religion is believed to be an Abrahamic religion and Islam means submission or in the deeper meaning of it is Peace. They have a bible same as Christianity but their bible called Qur’an - Quran is the holy book believed to be the guideline of the Muslims who are the of the Islamic religion. When thinking about the history of the world, one must always consider that merchants as well as trade have played an immerse role in shaping the world as it is today. As of today, Christianity and Islam are the world’s two largest and rapidly growing religions. They share an estimated 3.6 billion followers, more than half of the world’s population. Initially the two religions may seem to have nothing in common, but when you go beyond the surface and examine the rituals, beliefs, and founders, as well as the spread of both religions, they share many similarities. In many ways, there is irony in tension between Christianity and Islam, given the extremely similar history and nature of their religions. It is perhaps lost on many people who subscribe to these religions that there is no more truth to one than the other. But when observed from an objective viewpoint it is undeniable that both Christianity and Islam are remarkably similar in origin and ideology. In order to see and understand their similarities, it is important to look back to the birth and rise of both religions.

Similarities and Differences in Islam and Christianity With Respect To Beliefs in Afterlife and Nature of God
Religion was impactful to both the Byzantine Empire and the Islamic Caliphates. How these religions began and changed are very different. Both had an impactful split of religion and government which caused people of the same religion to fight. In addition, people being united by religion caused both of these empires to become global superpowers. In contrast, the role of Christianity and Islam were much different. The Islamic Religion had a belief of "Dar al Isam" which lead the Islamic Caliphates to take over the Byzantine Empire.

Although Christianity and Islam are the two leading religions amongst us today they still have many similarities and differences. Although they share several basic theological ideas, Christianity and Islam differ in countless key characteristics. Islam and Christianity have so much similarities than people tend to perceive. The god in Christianity is a lover of all creatures that are on earth and has a relation to his followers and son (Jesus Christ) whereas Allah loves some and hate others who does not follow his will and does not have relations to anyone as this would be a blasphemous sin. There is an indisputable bond between humans, regardless of the beliefs they hold. Christianity and Islam are two religious traditions dominating the world, accounting for over 55% of the population (“Common Word”). While they greatly differ, the two have undeniable similarities that offer a common ground for the two traditions to unite. It is necessary for these two traditions to coexist and strive for peace so that the majority of the world’s population can live in harmony. The history, practices, and sacred texts of Islam and Christianity yield traditions with varying sets of beliefs, but the two are founded on principles of love, which promote unity and peace.
Christianity and Islam were both spread in socially and economically similar and politically different. They both had an important people that role and spread of the religions. Christianity included the individuals of who believe in Jesus Christ. Christians are the flowers of the Christ who often believed is the son of the God (“the father”); Christians strongly believe that Christ will return after the next life; the end of the world. Islam consists of individuals who believe in Allah, the god teaches the followers who are Muslims. Even though both Christianity and Islam are Abrahamic religions which both of them are mostly monotheistic meaning they believe in just one god.
Christianity and Islam are wide spread religions which impact the lives of believers spiritually. Both religions have had substantial impact on the course of history and have formed the basis of many countries laws and are highly recognized by governments. Though Christianity is more widely known, they both pose the same challenges to each other. Considering the similarities and differences of Christianity and Islam, it can be said they are both very different.
The development of Islam and Christianity has advanced from ancient times to modern times, both cultures are different but they both play a significant role in how religion shaped modern America. The origin of Christianity started out with the emperor Constantine who decided to support the religion in 313. The Jews believed in monotheism which is the belief that there is only one God to serve, the Jews also refused to serve or worship any of the polytheistic, which means many gods, that the Romans believed in. The followers of God worshipped together in the Jerusalem Temple and they followed the readings of the Dead Sea scrolls. The followers also believed in Jesus, who was sent to earth by God and he was born to earthly parents. Jesus was born and then he began preaching to the people and he performed miracles as well, but some of the people were concerned and somewhat threatened by his presence so they wanted him crucified. Then Paul came along, he persecuted Christians and he was very much against them until he converted to Christianity as well and started preaching the Good Word. From then on, Christianity was banned during certain centuries and for certain amounts of time, the first banning of Christianity was put in place by Roman authorities around the year 70. The next banning of Christianity happened in the year 303 when the ruler Diocletian launched a new persecution on the religion. The Bible and the Qur’an are the cornerstones of the two largest religions in the world (Pew Research Center 2017). These iconic religious texts guide the actions and behaviors of billions of people across the globe. The power of these Holy Books is undeniable, both having greatly contributed into shaping the world into what it is today. Throughout history, there has been a visible trend of animosity between a number of the world’s religions, including Christianity and Islam. These theological conflicts beg the questions: how fundamentally different are these religions? And, what might those differences be? Comparing two the early Qur’anic Suras, The Cow and Women, to the beginning chapters of The Book of Genesis and The Book of Leviticus reveals that the content of the two texts is relatively similar. The delivery and style of the content is what sets the texts apart and establishes the overall tone of the respective works.
