Climate change is happening, like it or not and is affecting the world. Higher percentages of carbon dioxide(CO2) in the atmosphere is increasing due to human activities, greenhouse gases(GHG) and global warming have shown to have caused negative impacts on the environment and the world we live in. There are many causes of climate change, which cannot be entirely rid of. However, by taking steps in carbon emission industries, it can ensure a reduction of CO2 and greenhouse gasses. One of the leading causes of climate change is the process of burning fossil fuels and coal. This is because of its usage in providing energy for day-to-day things, like heat, electricity, fuel, manufacturing, and cement. David Biello is an energy, and environment editor for the Scientific American, a popular scientific magazine with many famous scientist publications focused on informing the public states that making cement using these fuels produced nearly 46 teragrams alone in 2005(Biello). It is the third biggest leading cause in U.S. GHG emission. That is why alternative energy-efficient methods need to be implemented, in the process of making cement instead of nonrenewable sources like fossil fuels. Manufacturers have incorporated cement everywhere, It's what many walks in, it's what supports buildings, and it’s even in a variety of houses. David Biello also mentions Lenny Bernstein, an environmental consultant and is also a leading coordinator for the IPCC, he says that energy efficiency
Global warming is the steady heating of Earth’s land, oceans, and atmosphere caused primarily by human activity. Climate change is one of the world’s biggest challenges right now, from people actively arguing that it doesn’t exist- to other’s who don’t care enough to do anything about it. There’s evidence showing that climate change is happening and affecting our world now and from what it seems, if action isn’t taken, major consequences will soon arise. Most of the world’s land mass has experienced a 0.2-1.0 degree Celsius average temperature increase since the 1970s, the temperatures of the Artic has increased at almost twice the mean global rate. Climate change is caused by human factors such as greenhouse gases and ozone depletion and because humans are so dependent on fossil fuels in their day to day lives, the issue at hand is only going to get worse.
To understand climate change, one must understand what a climate is. A climate can be defined as “the usual weather of a [particular] place…[to] include patterns of temperature, precipitation, humidity, wind, and seasons” (State of Washington, n.d.), just to name a few. Climate differs from weather as a climate is comprised of the usual conditions of a given place (i.e. is it consistently humid, dry, wet, cool, etc.), while weather is the conditions present at a given place at any one time (i.e. it is raining, snowing, sunny, etc.). Climates are unique to individual places and generally stay the same over time, while weather can change by the day.
Global Warming has been a big issue that has effects on the environment, people, and the world, and if not stopped now, the results could be catastrophic. The main cause of climate change is likely to be the result of too much carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere. CO2 creates a blanket which traps heat. Burning fossil fuels for energy, such as coal, oil, and natural gas release CO2 which impacts the atmosphere heavily. Waste management and agricultural practices also produce gases that contribute to climate change, such as methane. There are many contributing factors to climate change.
Climate change has been happening since late nineteenth century, but has increased significant since then. The world’s oceans are steadily warming up and ice is melting. Furthermore, the factories and cars are causes of global warming. There are a lot of cars and factories in the world but its danger for atmosphere. Also, one more causes

Water vapor is the biggest greenhouse gas.
Climate change has been a debatable and concerning topic involving human activities and their long term effects on climate condition across the globe. Climate change are primarily caused by many factors, ra natural or artificial. Natural activities such as volcanic eruption, solar radiations and plate tectonic movements are various influential factors climate change. While these natural events aren’t controllable by humans, it’s also proven that recent human activities have also contributed to climate change. We usually refer to this as global warming. Climate change is an important issue to a concerned citizen because it can affect many animal habitats and the global temperature we will be living in. One of the most commonly known habitat
Climate change is one of the utmost damaging problem to humanity by the reason that it affects everyone who lives on Earth. Though there are social problems, such as war or racism, that may affect certain groups of people, even those with no human contact are affected by climate change in some way.
Climate change in today’s world has become of great concern due to its effects in the environment. Globally, climate change has greatly influenced ecosystems and the existence of organisms. This is further extending its effects to regional areas such as Kenya, whose ecosystem is not spared by the changing climate. Despite having natural causes, anthropogenic factors are widely increasing and causing climate change undisputed. Therefore, human activities are the main contributors of climate change leading to stress and ecosystem strain, to continue providing for its services. In this report I discuss summary of global climate change and regional focus on causes of climate change in Kenya, its effects in ecosystem especially on the natural ecosystems, current measures to curb the effects and the perception of the future ecosystem of the country.
Extreme weather can be described by patterns that are unusual, unpredictable and unanticipated. Severe extensive change in the pattern of weather is something that is linked to the increase of the average global temperature. The warming of the earth has triggered several changes to the world’s climate leading to numerous events taking place that were previously unheard of or took place in small magnitudes and frequencies. Due to irresponsible human behaviors, rising temperatures will create weather events on a larger scale and with greater frequency than our planet has ever experienced before.
What are climate change and global warming? Does it affect today’s earth? To know what is climate change and global warming we must know what does weather and climate mean. Weather is what circumstances of the atmosphere are over a short period of time. Climate is how the atmosphere acts over fairly long periods of time. Since 1977 earth has been extraordinary warmer than its average. But what causes the earth to get warmer? The main cause of climate change and global warming is made by human activities putting too much carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
Climate change can be defined as the study of weather patterns over an extended period in any environment and at any time of year. Global warming relates to climate change because it is the ongoing increase of Earth’s normal temperature. The cause for climate change is due to the rise in concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere like carbon dioxide, methane, ozone, and water vapor. Issues that arise because of climate change are sea levels rising, growth in ocean heat content, and buildup of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere due to human activities. Humans contribute the most to climate change by engaging in driving, burning fossil fuels, and natural gas distribution. Climate change is conceivably evolving due to human activities and minimally biological factors but, climate change is still a scientific phenomenon that requires further investigation.
Everyday people and countries are affected by climate change and it’s effects. It may not seem serious now but one day it will so here is how climate change is caused and how it could be prevented. Climate change is not one big event it happens over many years. It may happen slow but it's effects can happen faster than we know, just because it's not affecting you now it doesn't mean that it won’t at all. Just remember that only we can stop climate change and help prevent it.
We have inhabited the earth for thousands of years, constantly moving around and changing the landscape of our planet. But the main problem caused by our interference in nature is climate change. Even though Planet earth is always changing, from Pangaea to the Great Yellowstone Thaw. Climate change just might be the way earth is ever changing, but Humans are believed to be the main cause of climate change mainly because Science proves that it is caused by carbon emissions from the cars we drive.
The world is constantly changing and adapting. In particular, since the mid twentieth century, mankind has been pouring alarming levels of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. As if that isn’t bad enough, humans have been treating the earth as if it is one giant trash bin. This destruction is being cause by a few different reasons, including: factory farming, dumping toxic chemicals into water, littering, and many other factors. All of this is adding up to cause climate change. Unlike a change in weather, climate change is a terrible thing for the ecosystem and environment of the planet. It brings up the question, how is this problem to be corrected? The answer could possibly be found in the Disney tale, “The Lion King”.
Global warming has been a topic all around the world since 1904. This debate has scientists wondering who is the cause of climate change . I think that humans are the cause of climate change. Rising level of human-produced gases released into atmosphere create a greenhouse gases affect trap heat and cause global warming. Dramatic change in precipitation, heavier storms and less snow both are signs global climate change. Temperature on earth has rapidly increased farther than can be explained than by natural climate change. The type of CO2 increasing in earth's atmosphere can be connected to human activity?
