Physical exercise is a bodily activity that increases and maintains physical fitness. It is accomplished for countless reasons. Furthermore, exercise improves mental health, helps avert depression and helps to subsidize or strengthen positive self-esteem. The number one effect of lack of exercise is high blood pressure, this is the number one form of heart disease (Goto 1). The cause of this is from consuming a high-fat diet. Exercise helps reduce blood pressure by attacking the arteries. For most adults, there is not a common case of high blood pressure. Some people have high blood pressure that is caused by a veiled condition. It increases as people age, through early middle age high blood pressure is preferably common in men. People who are inactive tend to have a higher heart rate. The higher the heart rate, the harder the heart must function to pump blood through the body.
