Prior to the onset of this incident, I had responded to the property twice and spoke with Rateau. Rateau, also admitted to damaging the door without provocation. After Deputy Matre and I escorted Rateau to my marked patrol vehicle, she knowingly and intentionally stated to Deputy Matre that she would spit in his face while they were only standing approximately one foot apart. I asked Wright to explain what occurred between her and Haug. She immediately said nothing occurred. I proceeded to ask her why she was at the residence. Wright gave two different explanations why she came to the residence. The first reason was because she was intoxicated (Note: There was a strong odor of alcohol on her breath) and did not want to drive home to her residence in Murphysboro. She stated she was going to park in the driveway and sleep it off, in her car. Wright changed her story and gave a second reason she came to the residence. The second was because she wanted to come over to the residence to talk with Haug. Wright stated she lived at the residence but recently moved out. Wright said her and Haug split up two days ago. Wright stated she moved all of her belongings out and no longer had any property at the residence. Wright did leave some minor property at the residence, but nothing of significance that she wanted to keep. Wright said when she arrived at the residence, Haug was outside seated in a chair in the yard. Wright said that nothing physical happened. Wright denied making any contact with Haug. I asked to see Wright’s hands to look for any marks to substantiate Haug’s statement of getting punched in the mouth. Wright did not have any marks or injuries on her hands or anywhere

Threat of Substitution is high. Many other products are able to meet consumer needs for snacks, including beer, soda pop, chocolate, and other candies. Many of these other industries are far larger than the Russian ice cream industry and thus have greater access to resources and bigger marketing budgets. Rivalry Among Existing Competitors is low. International players have entered the market and other domestic producers are able to make some of the staple products produced by Ice-Fili. However, many international companies were scared away by Russia’s volatile economy, and many of the domestic producers were not able to successfully transition from state-run factories to private companies. In addition, a large

I didn't call you, I called for EMS. You guys don't want to help me, I'm not telling you anything just leave." Horton was belligerant and refused to tell me what exactly happened, I continued with my investigation and tried to get the facts from Horton. Horton eventually gave some information, but not a complete side of what had happened. Horton stated, "I was attacked by 2 men, Joe was running his mouth and I hit him in the face. Both of them attacked me." Horton was unclear as to how they attacked her, all she told me was "I was pushed

It was a cold day, so cold that your arms start to sting as if a needle is impaling the surface of your skin. The wind applies a force which feels as if your face is oozing with thick crimson red blood. The gray puffy clouds covered the sky and dropped small snowflakes onto the road’s surface. A man stood there, freezing, clearing the coat of thick white snow from the concrete road. His nose runs with a river of snot that floods out when the cold wind strikes. His sense of smell is heavily clogged by the slimy snot, but he can still smell the scent of the steamy hot chocolate which sits on the top of his snow covered car. His feet start to numb because of the cold flood which soaks through his boots to his white, silky socks. His feet feel as if he stepped into the freezing cold ocean. As if he fell through ice and he was stuck standing there. The vast pile of the ice white snow feels almost like a quicksand around his black rubber boot. Foggy figures of people shovel the big piles of snow off the sidewalks. They scrape and pick at the glossy white ice which sticks to the sidewalk like a little boy clinging to his mother's side. His feet still sting as if he was stepping on pins and needles. His hands are damp with sweat from grasping the curved metal shaft attached to a socket which holds the blade. The blade cuts holes into the thick powdered snow which is removed from the endless pile. The jet black shovel is filled with slushy snow and crystal shards of ice. The end of

However, the entrant of foreign ice cream producers such as Nestle has made Ice-Fili to face stiff competitions within the industry.
