The reason I chose to use my show cattle as the main part of my video is because they are really important to me and have probably had biggest impact on my life as a whole. For the last 10 years I have been showing cattle and it has been a huge part of my life ever since. Showing cattle has taught me more about life and responsibility then anything else in my life ever has. Throughout the years of showing my cattle I have made many friends and been lots of places. The reason I chose the pictures that I did for my show cattle part of the video is because they show the way that I have grown and learned more over the last few years about showing cattle in specific. Having pictures of multiple years of calves that I have showed, explain how my showing abilities have improved since I started showing cattle. I mixed the different cattle that I have showed so that my video would show different perspectives of my show calves and the different breeds that I have showed. These pictures help me look back at the different shows I have been too with different calves helps me understand what I have improved on. Each calf that I have had, has been different in many ways, and each one has made me go out of my comfort zone in different ways and helped me learn new things such as, showing a different breed that I had no experience in, breaking calves to lead, new techniques for showing and prep, and figuring out new feed rations for my calves.
ABSTRACT; Background: A prospective analysis of a case series of diaphyseal forearm fractures in children treated with titanium elastic nails is presented. Methods: Between 2012 and 2014, 45 children aged 5-15 years with displaced diaphyseal forearm fractures underwent titanium elastic nailing. Both bones were fractured in 32 patients, ten fractured only the radius, and three experienced ulna fracture. Eighteen children had unstable irreducible fractures, twenty had loss of reduction, and seven had open fractures. Titanium elastic nails were used to stabilize the fractures. All fractures were immobilized postoperatively with an above-elbow plaster slab for 2 weeks till the swelling is completely resolved followed by encouraging range of
At first, the surgery seemed to be successful. But several hours later, the patient’s condition began to deteriorate, and it continued to worsen over the next few days.
The cattle industry began since the early settlements. Men and women moved cattle from the mountains in San Diego County down into the Valley. They came in the late 1800s and early 1900s and founded 73 cattle-feeding businesses in the Valley. The land was fertile and perfect for agriculture, particularly barley and alfalfa. Not to mention, the suitable weather for agriculture. This, of course, made it a suitable place to raise livestock. Cattle was then shipped in large numbers, boosting the dairy industry up. This was the first step into a blossoming industry.
Imagine a world without the cattle industry, without beef, and without livelihood for millions of people. Many say that that the cattle industry only has negative impacts, and there are plenty of studies that people read that only show the negative side. These include harm to the Earth and environment. However, there are many positive impacts of the beef and cattle industry that are not well known, or people do not think about very often. The cattle industry is very important in our world today. It is a major part of our health, it provides the population many everyday products, and it can have a positive impact on land.
