Freshness, roast quality and bean quality separates Aroma from its competitors’. Their specialty includes a full menu, gourmet coffee, waffles and ice-cream.
Aroma expanded their brand in 2015 when they opened a restaurant, ice-cream and waffle lounge in the Inshere Centre situated on 4 Graham Road near Silver Lakes as seen in Figure 1.

This restaurant has an old industrial interior design theme and the red colour that reoccurs throughout the restaurant not only attracts more customers but also serves as an essential trademark of the Aroma brand, for example, the red

These facts all support and motivate my project as I will investigate:
• The feasibility of wind turbines
• The advantages of going greener
• The financial benefit of wind generated electricity
1.3 Project Aim
The main aim of the project was to determine the feasibility of converting already existing fans used by Aroma as seen in Figure 4 (own design) into energy generating wind turbines shown in Figure 5 (own design). The aim was then to:
Monitor wind speeds in area to confirm that generating power is possible.
Calculate the purchase and operational costs.
Predict the financial benefit of small scale wind turbine system.
Compare the advantages and disadvantages of Aroma going greener.
Create awareness amongst industrial engineers about the future of green energy.
1.4 Scope
The scope and project approach will be followed by a literature review which will discuss the variables mentioned in the Figure 6 in detail and identify the factors which contribute to the efficiency and possibility of installing a wind turbine
Cafe Q5 Espresso is on Brown Street and is a must-see, trendy, uniquely-named coffee cafe that is easily missed if you're not looking for it at the Ashfield train station.
Al-Frasco Coffee is a small coffee shop which started its business in 2011 in Melbourne. It caters high quality coffee and few dishes together with its location overseeing Yarra River gives an ambience that makes it attractive to our customers. It has also pride itself in having a highly efficient and friendly staff offering customer services to their patrons at the highest level possible. It is expected that it should become the most favorite place for young and old alike to escape from the daily stresses of work and household activities and be a convenient location for friends to meet or a meeting point for business person. Also, it will endeavor to attract students from Victoria University, which is close to our coffee house. Importantly,
I set out to visit the restaurant for lunch last Friday and the first thing I noticed was its theme color, which is red. The restaurant’s logo is made of a mixture of white, yellow and black colors on a red and a small yellow background. Its location is equally catchy because it is located at the intersection of University Drive and Rural Road, which is next to Arizona
In order to achieve these strategies company undertakes a 5 P’s integrated approach to people, products, place, price and promotion. Company relies on its ability to continue to innovate and reinvesting in the restaurants to develop them according to system plans for world-wide growth, being consistent in providing excellent customer service and clean and friendly environment which enriches customers experience and create an overall difference that balances profitability with value.
As soon as you walk in, one can be expected to be showered with a lovely aroma of freshly baked bread, and delicious cakes and pastries. When you walk down the first aisle, you are once again hit with an alluring mixture of smells coming from the ethnic food station, which both are filled everyday with new, fresh food. The different sensations is a direct result of having a higher quality product, and can also contribute to consumers need for better tasting
The restaurant, Mel’s Country Café is well known within its Houston community. This may be accredited to its target consumer being families and their “homemade” ambiance that is offered through their food and interior design. Their appealing “countryside” design, paired with an efficient customer service and affordable prices makes this restaurant popular, accessible and valuable. The menu offers meals for all times of the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) (‘Mel’s Country Café,”) and has positive reviews for quality food at quality prices. The roadside location is advantageous because it attracts customers at all hours.
The second major negative effect is on wildlife. Although wind turbines are effect alternative energy that used to generated electricity, the hidden threat is a devastating wildlife such as bird and bat collision with the turbine. Bird and bat fly through space at a low pressure; therefore, make birds and bats lose balance in flight. A study analysis shows that 20-40 birds are exterminated by the wind turbines each year (Rosenbloom, 2006). The construction of wind turbines resulted in the diversity and population of the birds and bats decrease, it never come back again after start to use the wind turbine. Though wind turbine is not located directly on the food. Notwithstanding the impact of wind turbines is not a major problem, if neglected
Although we wont be dealing with a themed restaurant the same ideal can be applied to a run down and in need of renovation restaurant. In a customer’s head if they don’t like the ambiance of the place they may not have the same experience even though the quality of service would be the exact same. A customer’s mind and influence can fluctuate so much simply based on the ambiance. Without the customers even realizing it they may not have as pleasurable of a time with a non-renovation place versus a renovated place, this in turn hurts the restaurants amount of returning customers and even amount of tips a customer could
“A wind turbine is a machine for converting the kinetic energy in wind into mechanical energy”. (1) The inventor of the first electric wind turbine was Clevelander Charles Brush, who ran his entire Euclid Avenue mansion off of one for 20 years, which later made the cover of Scientific American in 1888. (2) Although the use of alternate energy didn't rise a great deal afterward, this event did open the eyes for many environmentalists. Wind power is only one of our several “energy source[s] whose ‘fuel’ is free and will never be exhausted” (3) with the pros and cons not completely weighed out as to whether it will be truly beneficial or not. The two main issues regarding wind turbines are the environmental effects that they have and the
These examples suggest that wind power will be used in ways that correspond to each needed capacity and purpose. In the article “Wind Energy: An Untapped Resource,” the Wind Energy Association estimates the potential amount of wind power generation capacity in the U.S.A. at 10,777 billion kW/h, which is three times the electricity generated in the U.S.A. today. However, it also predicts that we are unlikely ever to use even half of that potential. In fact, in 2000, the U.S.A. was using less than 1% of that potential! This is because wind power is not always the superior method, and there are some problems still to be solved.
We are facing an energy crisis on Earth. Burning fossil fuels are harming the atmosphere; this global warming and affects produces chemicals that hurt our body. People are starting to think about using alternative energy. Wind power would be our first choice, because it’s clean, inexhaustible and renewable. Today, wind power is mainly used in Europe. We believed wind power would be the main source of alternative energy for world use.

This paper will introduce a product and service which operates in the U.S. with the intent to expand within foreign markets eventually. The service that I chose is a current service in the food service industry that does exist but would benefit from enhancing it; there are market trends for the new service that would definitely satisfy potential customers’ needs and wants once the idea is brought to their attention. The goal is to bring the feel of the city’s fine dining and lounging experience to areas outside the city without having to travel far or spend more. The service is an
Coffee production in India is dominated in the hill tracts of South Indian states, also including the state Karnataka which accounts to 53% followed by Kerala 28% and Tamil Nadu 11% of production of around 8,200 tonnes. The Indian coffee is the very finest coffee grown in the shade rather than direct sunlight anywhere in and around the world. There is approximate 250000 coffee growers in India; 98% of them are the small growers. As 2009, the production of coffee in India was only about 4.4% to 4.5% of the total production in the world. About 80% of country's productions is been exported of the which is exported, about 70% bound for Russian federation, Germany, Spain, United States, Belgium, France, Slovenia, Japan, Netherlands and Greece, and Italy accounts for 29% of the total export. It deals with the different functions of cost parameter and identifies the excessive costs to maximize the profit in future on Tata coffee Limited.
