Julie Gurnick is a broadcasting major at Point Park University from Jeannette, commuting an hour to campus each day. She was interested in Point Park University because it offered a good program in communications. Gurnick also holds an associates degree in business communications form Westmoreland County Community College. After graduating from Point Park University Gurnick aspires to become a sports caster. Gurnick is currently a free-lance employee for the Tribune Review as well as a dietary aid at St. Anne Home.

Gelnesidar Martinez submitted a complaint on August 26, 2015, regarding Ernest A. Solomon. Martinez alleges that during her divorce proceedings she gave Solomon $27,000 to buy out her husband’s half of the equity in their home. According to Martinez a deal was never reached and Solomon failed to return her money. Solomon has allegedly violated Mass.R.Prof.C. 8.4c.
Shadale Gillespie is a Direct Care Provider for our agency since February 2015. Work is not conistant due to the amount of Respite hours authorized by the AZ DDD department for the child she services. The authorization avaialble hours have ran out and she has not been able to work with the child since July 9, 2017. Last paycheck on July 25, 2017 for gross amount of $400.00. Bi-monthly pay periods, rate of pay $10.00/hour on average of 10 to 20 hours per week when we have authrizations available to deliver services.

During the initial assessment, Mr. Jose Rodriguez, a 36 year old Hispanic male, asked to be evaluated for stress and anxiety. He was accompanied by his sister, Adriana Barrera, and his wife Rosy Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez has a prior military history with little or no combat engagements. The initial assessment revealed that Mr. Rodriguez father whom he had a close relationship had passed away about a year ago. Mr. Rodriguez has been married for 16 years and has three children. On February 20, 2017 an initial assessment was conducted from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Instruments used were the Juhnke-Balkin Life Balance Inventory,and the Beck Anxiety Inventory.
Tyler Gamache is an 7 year, 4 month old male enrolled in the first grade at Loudonville Christian School. Tyler Gamache was referred for a comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation to address concerns regarding his performance in the classroom. Tyler is currently receiving speech and language services, as well as remedial reading support, but continues to have academic difficulty in first grade. To assess Tyler’s cognitive abilities, academic skills, and social-emotional functioning, norm referenced testing was conducted.
