Saturday, May 5, 2018, at approximately 1935 hours upon arriving on the scene of a retail theft call at the Family Dollar your Affiant, I Patrolman Joshua Pastucka observed Michael Medina, I had prior knowledge that there was a bench warrant for Medina While trying to take Medina in custody Abagail Cooney, a female who was with Medina stuck her arm out and stepped in between Medina and. Cooney stated, "No, wait wait wait." I then went to grab Medina by his arm again, Medina pulled away, backed up, and turned around and began to quickly advance away from me towards the back of the store. Officer Cody Applegate and I had to push through Cooney to get to Medina. Applegate later spoke with Cooney and was given permission to search her belongings.

On 08/23/2015, at approximately 1820 hours, Kevin NAJERA and Nicholas MERVA were driving on Main Street (SR924). They observed GUTIERREZ and APGAR walking north on Main Street. MERVA asked his brother NAJERA if they were the guys. MERVA and NAJERA pulled into the parking lot at the magisterial district court. NAJERA exited the vehicle and approached GUTIERREZ and APGAR in an attempt to retrieve his belongings. An altercation began between GUTIERREZ and NAJERA. The officials of Walnut Grove arrest one of the two suspected in the criminal act of cash-laden billfold. One of the suspects name was Angelia Permenter which was 37 of Pleasant Grove Road. It was about 5 p.m. that day when the two women went to Dollar General on highway 35. They were visiting the restrooms, moment later they left the restroom but forget one of the billfold that holds 1000 cash. During the initial assessment, Mr. Jose Rodriguez, a 36 year old Hispanic male, asked to be evaluated for stress and anxiety. He was accompanied by his sister, Adriana Barrera, and his wife Rosy Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez has a prior military history with little or no combat engagements. The initial assessment revealed that Mr. Rodriguez father whom he had a close relationship had passed away about a year ago. Mr. Rodriguez has been married for 16 years and has three children. On February 20, 2017 an initial assessment was conducted from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Instruments used were the Juhnke-Balkin Life Balance Inventory,and the Beck Anxiety Inventory.
A couple of culture-specific protective factors that may have helped Andrea cope with the racism that she faced church attendance, community involvement, and family. Church attendance would have helped Andrea by helping her recognize that racism exist and helping her forgive. If Andrea isn’t religious, her community might also have helped her cope with the racism she faced. She could've created a support group with other individuals that have also faced racism. Her family could of helped her with social support such as caring, love and affection.
