At 1:30 pm, 9/3/17, dispatch received a 999 call regarding concerns about an individual male at the address of John Foster room 1.57, Liverpool. The caller identified himself as Mark, He rang because he was worried about his ex-partner, a male individual. He advised police handlers that due a recent break up with his ex-partner the male individual had been rather sad, Mark has attempted to contact his ex-partner but despite attempts Mark has had no contact with the male individual.
At 2:00 pm, Police Constable Heather Panter with the Landlord responded to the location to investigate the individual and the premises. The landlord opened the door for PC Panter to which she immediately notices a body hanging from the interior pipes ceilings.
The Sanchez family wants the local social service agency to provide a psychosocial assessment. As a social worker at the agency, they will apply sociocultural and social change lenses. To demonstrate an understanding how each of the theoretical or perspective lenses can apply to the Sanchez family case. To identify their problems, determine their skills and capacities, what they are doing well, how they accomplish it and then analyze ways that those strengths might apply to the identified problems.
I responded to 410 South Brundidge Street in reference to a suspicious circumstance call. Upon arrival, I spoke with Michael Peacock. Peacock advised that he heard a loud "boom" and someone going through the residence. Peacock stated that he just thought it was one of his roommates. Peacock stated that someone started kicking his room door and he grabbed his knife and ran to the bathroom. While in the bathroom, Peacock called 9-1-1 and locked the door. Peacock couldn’t advise on anything missing at this time. There was a busted out window in the back of the unit. Photos were taken on my body cam.
Social Services: On 02/17/2017, Ms. Hair and her son Aaron met with the family assigned Case Manager for the family ILP Document Review. Ms. Hair is expected to meet with her assigned Case Manager bi-weekly. Ms. Hair’s next ILP appointment is on 02/02/2017. Case Manager asked Ms. Hair if she is aware that she is not in-compliance with the terms of her ILP, Ms. Hair stated yes. Case Manager asked Ms. Hair if is aware that failed to attend her ILP meetings since 01/23/2017, Ms. Hair stated that she was aware. Ms. Hair last ILP was conducted on 01/23/2017. Upon my arrival, I observed a residence at 650 County Road 1858 with smoke coming out of the top of the garage door area. I then observed a male subject identified as Alan Schroeder and a female identified as Susan Schroeder standing in front of the residence. Alan stated that the car was parked in the garage around 7:00 PM, and he was in the bathroom getting ready for bed when the smoke detector started going off. Daniel is a department of human services worker (DHS). Daniel is close friends with the Yinger family. While reviewing multiple applications at work for renewal of state aid. Daniel realizes the Yinger receives state aid. He determines the families of eight is making $50 over the maximum household monthly income. Daniel informs and questions Ms Yinger about exceeding the $50 dollar maximum household income. Ms Yinger becomes irate that Daniel was questioning the Yinger family, they are barely above the state guidelines. Ms Yinger asked the Daniel if it was fair to allow the family of eight to go without food or health insurance because the family exceeds the minimum household a lot of income by $50. Kindly, Ms Yinger questions and bribes Daniel, she will pay him $50 monthly cash to edit the household expenses and income. Ms Yinger knows that the $50 dollar cash is a smaller loss than the $800 SNAP and full coverage health insurance.
Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the complainant who was identified as Corena Mendoza(H/F/-DOB09/01/1981). Corena told Officers that she was concerned for her daughter’s welfare who was inside the residence. Corena told Officers that she was afraid her daughter was going to get beaten up by her
I was dispatched to 113 W. Orange Street in reference to a domestic call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Brenda Colvin. Colvin advised that he husband picked up a chair and threw it at her feet. Officers did notice swelling to Colvin left ankle and a flipped over wooden chair located on the front porch. Colvin advised that her husband(James Wigfall) had been drinking and that’s what was making him angry about everything they were talking about. Colvin advised that she confronted him to talk about him drinking so much and things that needed to be done around the house. Wigfall then got an attitude. Colvin advised that she told Wigfall that he needs to leave the house for the night and he refused so she called the police.

City units were dispatched to a call of a disturbance at 938 Water St., apartment 206. The RP said they did not see the disturbance/argument, but could hear yelling and banging around. The RP said that they went in the hall and could see the front door to the apartment smashed in. The RP also said that the male half is named Gary and owns the Tattoo parlor down stairs around the block. The RP advised that the female half is named Tiara.
Within the case study, Louise struggles with the unwanted responsibility of caring for her partner's nephew, Peter. Louise has feelings of ambivalence towards him and worried that her own children are being overlooked. Her partner Robert is uncommunicative and persecutory towards Louise whenever she tries to speak congruently to him. Louise is using avoidance behaviours as a coping method for the situation, such as online gambling and working longer hours despite house duties being neglected. Robert reacts with anger towards her behaviour whilst she is left feeling vexed and suffocated.

Upon my arrival I met with the complainant, Ms. St John. St John stated a suspicious person had urinated in the back of the building and stumbled across the street. St John stated the subject walked across the street towards the Pavilion, 949 South Main Street. St John advised me he was a white male with a brown shirt, blue jeans and brown hair
On December 5, 2017 at approximately 0223 hours, I was dispatched to 288 Church Lane for a report of First aid Call for a 43 years old unresponsive male possibly overdose. The dispatch advised that CPR was in progress.
On 10/02/2017 at 0017 hours, units were dispatched to 627 Central Ave for a report of a Domestic involving a knife. I responded at emergency speed, priority one. Upon my arrival, I located the accused female in the bathroom.
On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.
At the end of second years, she left Singapore and went to Europe for holiday before returning back to Melbourne in July 2015.
