City units were dispatched to a call of a disturbance at 938 Water St., apartment 206. The RP said they did not see the disturbance/argument, but could hear yelling and banging around. The RP said that they went in the hall and could see the front door to the apartment smashed in. The RP also said that the male half is named Gary and owns the Tattoo parlor down stairs around the block. The RP advised that the female half is named Tiara.
Sgt Pernsteiner and I arrived and walked up to the corner of the building, and Sgt Pernsteiner observed a lone person standing in the doorway of the tattoo parlor that we had been advised of by JeffCom. We walked over there and contacted the person. The person was a female who was identified as Tiara Fager,

She looked at the ground, and her eyes looked left and right and she just nodded. I asked her again if she had been struck how. She said he (her boyfriend) pushed her. (Her boyfriend’s name is Gary Laxson, he owns a tattoo parlor next door to the Cellar Door bar.)
I asked her how he pushed her and she said she had pushed him out the front door after having the heated verbal exchange. She also said that “she” had kicked the door from the inside on the left side, and then on the right side.
I asked her how the panel in the door got kicked out, and if he had kicked it out, and she said yes. I said did he kick it from the inside or the outside. She looked at me like she did not know what was going on. I said where was he standing when he kicked the door panel out? She was not able to tell me. I asked her were you on the inside or the outside when the panel got kicked out? She just looked at me. I asked her again who kicked the panel out and she said she had.
I asked Tiara if she feared Gary and she said she did not fear him at all. She also said she did not want him to get in

I got the booklet on DV information and a statement form. I returned and she was in the back room and did not come to the door for about 2 minutes.
I gave Tiara the booklet and advised her that I would call a DV/ crisis advocate for her, or she could call one if she likes. I also told her that the booklet has information on counseling and other services that are available to people who have been involved in Domestic Violence or mentally or verbally abusive relationships. She said ok and took the booklet. I included the case number my information and the date on it.
I told Tiara that I would take a written statement from her and she could just write it down instead of telling me what she remembers. She smiled and took the pen and statement form and said ok.
Tiara sat down and took the pen and put it to the paper and then did not move. She stayed there as if in deep thought and did not move. She them started to write on the statement form and I literally could not tell what she was writing because she was writing so slow and illegible that I advised her I would write it for her and all she had to do was to talk to

I responded to Trojan Commons Apartment B1 in reference to a damage to property call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Courtney Doolittle. Doolittle stated that when she arrived at her residence this afternoon, she noticed the door had shoe prints on it. When Doolittle opened the door, I observed the foot prints located on the door and structure of the door had been damaged, as someone tried to gain entry. Myself and Doolittle walked through the apartment to see if anything was missing. Doolittle stated that nothing was missing at this time. I advised Doolittle if she noticed anything missing, to call Troy Police Department. Doolittle stated that this damaged had to be done between Thanksgiving Day and today, before she arrived to the
Officer Thebeau and I were directed, by numerous people, to a rear bedroom inside of 814 N. Garfield Ave. I observed a blood trail from the driveway of 814 N. Garfield Ave, into the residence, and
It almost appeared as if her thinking capacity is at risk as the words were hard to distinguish relying on help. She could not remember the name of the person that helped her shortly after, which is memory impairment. Bessie exclaimed she has trouble remembering half of the girls’ names in the group she sings with; in like manner following a familiar recipes. I also noticed agnosia as she failed to recognize and identify the calculator although she hesitantly acknowledged what it was used for. Moreover, she did not recognize the practitioner that gave her the memory test two months prior, and when given a list of nine words to remember and recall, she could only remember
Which would likely end in her wanting to take her life. I forgot to say “I forgot”. God, how many times can I fuck up?”she said. I didn’t even have time to wonder what she forgot before she screamed,”I JUST HAVE TO GO”.
Negligence per se is when there is a form of negligence on the violation of public duty when there is a failure of care administered. It is also applied when a person does something that is not part of reasonable behavior. A plaintiff does not necessarily have to prove otherwise that a reasonable person could have acted any different in a situation. The way for a plaintiff to generally try and prove that the defendant has violated the statute to where the acts of the defendant could have caused damage or pain to where it was against what the statute represents and prevents. For example, if a doctor was operating on a person and accidently leaves an instrument that was used inside of the person that would be considered negligent under those
Like my first couple of times I sat in with our case workers, a 16 year old girl who had moved far from family to be with a guy she thought she loved. Towards the end of the relationship she got pregnant and he didn’t want her around anymore. When she was about four or five months along he beat her so badly that it caused the baby to die and when she met with two of our caseworkers a legal aid and one to try to find a resource that would perform the procedure, because the baby had been dead inside of her for about two weeks. That situation definitely struck a chord with me, because she was so young and didn’t have any family. After we talked to her for intake and everything it definitely made me aware that it would have been personally difficult
I called my daughter immediately and asked to speak to however was in charge. The assistant Director Erica got on the phone and she said that Kayla left because she was sick and she would speak to her on Monday. She stated that Anayjiah was okay now and I said I would speak with Anayjiah more about it later on. Anayjiah further informed me that on July 18th leaving the movie trip, in the train station the Assistant Director Erica made Kristina cry because she was out of the line a little bit. She said, that the Erica was bothering Kristina the entire time they were on the trip. Anayjiah said Kristina said to Erica, “Are you happy now,” once she was crying. Erica said, “Yes, I’m very ecstatic.” Even if a child is doing something wrong their conduct is extremely unacceptable.

Anyway, that was the least of my problems. Thanks to her – and there was some blame on my part – I ended up missing the turn I was supposed to take a good five minutes ago and now I’m forced to backtrack. This is the last time I’m ever walking someone home.
Katie Granta lost her father two minutes after she met him for the first time.
I would get a body tattoo. The reason why I would do this is that there are things in life that mean something to me. Sometimes you may never have those words or pictures in your mind to help you either thank or go through bad times. A tattoo is something that can last forever with you. There are a lot of people that think tattoos are bad. I don't want to be like everyone else. We need change, variety we cannot all be the same. If there is something important to you in life, I think you should always have that something that is important to you. The pain from getting the tattoo is good pain. It may feel horrible but once you are finished and see the piece of art that is on you forever you will love it. It creates a self image of you if you
I have always been one to speak up for what I believe in. Discrimination, more than other things, is something that I will always oppose. As a child, I was aware of the bigotry that takes place in America but had never experienced it firsthand. Santa Monica is often thought of as a utopia, being the welcoming community that it is. I was oblivious to the real world. Fortunately, I grew up in this diverse community as a white and privileged female. During my junior year, I was put in one of the most difficult situations I have ever had to deal with.
Tattooing is a way to design an intelligent pattern onto the body by puncturing the skin.
