On 2/17/16 at approximately 8:30 P.M, Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera was notified by Safety Specialist Matthew Marsicano that IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie was asked to be removed by IH services Project Manager (P/M) Courtney Berger via cell phone. Upon arrival, S/S Cabrera spoke with IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie and advised her that IHS P/M Berger asked for her removal. At this time, IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie refused to leave. After, S/S Cabrera advised IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie, that her refusal to leave the premises forces security to contact the State Police for trespassing. On 11/6/2017 at 1400 hours, I Officer Graves, responded to 735 E Haggard Ave Elon, NC 27244 in reference to an assist. Upon arrival Detective Turney, Lieutenant Sweat, and Officer Peters were at apartment K executing a search warrant. I was requested to remain outside of the residence at the front door. At 1426 hours Captain B. Tillotson entered the residence and left at 1441 hours. At hours Officer Peters released Jacy Loshin from the premises after issuing a citation. At 1455 hours Officer Chavis entered the residence and remained until the search warrant execution was completed at 1530 hours, when all remaining officers cleared.
On 3/13/16 SO EMT Perez was notified that an engine had come on campus. SO EMT Cunningham responded along with SO EMT Perez and caught up with the engine by lakeside commons. The driver of the engine stated that he was responding for a lift assist to 3144/3146 apt 220 but that he wasn’t sure which one he was going too. SO EMT Cunningham and SO EMT Perez decided to respond to FR-220 first being that they were the engine came from gate 2 and they were closest to that building. SO EMT Perez and SO EMT Cunningham knocked and announce their presence at FR-220’s door and were both verbally invited in. On December 11, 2016 at approximately 1330 hours, Detention Officer Harden reported duty and was assigned to work 1200 Baker Street Jail, 3rd Floor, A-Pod Control Center. At approximately 1420 hours, Detention Officer Harden advised she was not feeling well. At approximately 1430 Hours, Detention Officer Harden had her blood pressure checked in the 1200 Jail Clinic and was advised it was elevated. At approximately 1440 hours I called for Houston Fire Department. At approximately 1445 hours Houston Fire Department Medic 17 arrived at 1200 Baker Street Jail. On 11/4/16, I, Account Manager Enmanuel Cabrera, was notified via email by Shift Supervisor Massiel Perez that Security Officer Bailey Forte no called no showed. S/O Forte is usually off on Fridays, but was scheduled in advance, 0200-0600, to cover the open post. S/S Perez made several attempts to call the officers from 1st shift to cover the open post, but was unsuccessful to get someone to come in. Also on 11/3, during the afternoon parking lot detail AVP1 was 1 flagger short, all vital positions where filled with the exception of the parking lot supervisor/rover. As well as on 11/4, morning parking lot detail was short 1 flagger. Daniel Canela no call no show for the AM parking lot detail. All vital positions in the parking lot were filled for the exception of the supervisor/rover position.

S/L Walker was dispatching for evening shift at 08/29/15. S/L Walker receive a call for a welfare check at KC-219. The daughter, Karen, usually talk to her mother at around 2100 hr. But tonight could not reach her. S/L Walker took down the information and send an officer up to the apartment. S/L Walker called the apartment while the Officer was en route. There was no answer by phone. S/L Walker notified the Officer. S/O EMT Funes was the reporting officer. When S/O EMT Funes arrived on the scene, there was no answer by knock. S/O EMT Funes entered via her master key because the door was lock and search the apartment. There was no one home and S/O EMT Funes left a white tag #28798. S/O EMT Funes cleared. On Friday, 17 July 2015, at approximately 1400 hours, I, Officer Allison Bigham, was contacted by a Parks Services Supervisor, Andrew Jones, in regards to an associate who was reported to have their cell phone on them. Jones stated that Miller had already been told to put the phone in her locker; however, she was being uncooperative. After updating Sergeants Frank Long and Charles Drakeford on the situation, I was instructed to pick up the associate, Victoria Miller, and escort her to the South Carolina Interview Room in order to complete a compliance verification audit. While enroute I learned Trooper Dingman was out a 30 Marie Ave investigating. I arrived and found Trooper Dingman speaking with a male & female inside of apt. #1. Trooper Dingman briefed me there was an altercation between Linda Showalter, Jessica Goose, Eli Raisch, & Valerie Hartmann. Trooper Dingman stated there was a call for service about 46 hrs. ago where Valerie reported a family member of Jessica’s was inside Valerie’s cleaning when she was accused of stealing pain medication. Valerie & Linda then confronted Jessica & Eli about it, and an argument ensured.
On 10/25/17 at 6:58 AM, Security Account Manager Enmanuel Cabrera was notified by the Inbound Shack that there was a truck driver that did not want to leave the property. Immediately, A/M Cabrera made his way to the enter shack. Upon arrival, A/M Cabrera met with Yard Specialist Lakwinder Singh and Dan Balan. The Yard specialist explained that the truck driver’s load was canceled and was asked to leave off the property. WSU Officer Dickerson #155 contacted WSU Sergeant Brad Agnew #153 by radio to confirm if he heard WPD's request for WSU officer. WSU Sergeant Brad Agnew #153 confirmed and told Officer Dickerson and I to switch over. Officer Dickerson confirmed WSU Sergeant Brad Agnew's traffic and radioed WSU dispatch to inform we would be switching to the WPD North channel. WSU Sergeant Brad Agnew #153 then informed us to not get involved and to switch our radioes to the Letac 10 channel and we did so. Officer Dickerson #155 then informed Letac 10 dispatch that we (WSU 202) would be assisting.
