My goal for what i want to do is to be able to help other burn survivors. And i will do anything to be able to do that. I want to give back to others and i know how it feels to go through the same thing. I want to let them know that they're not alone and that there are people who care and will be there whenever they need someone.
Most importantly, in addition to achieving my personal goals, the major goal in my life is to become an active functioning member in society. As a doctor I will give back to the community by volunteering to host blood drives or going to third world countries to deliver vaccines to the poor. However, on top of being a doctor I hope to give back to the community through my Eagle project and other service projects I have worked on. I am proud to go to Boy Scout meetings and help the younger Scouts achieve their goals of ranking up. With Boy Scouts I have had multiple opportunities to give back to the community. I remember on during this past winter during the Christmas Tree fundraiser we helped an older lady who could not lift her tree outside of her living room. With the help of a few other scouts we took off several ornaments, left on the tree, and carried the tree down to the curb. I am looking forward to continuing these experiences with Scouts, after I achieve the Eagle Rank.
He is a man who experienced a lot during his lifetime. He was homeless, he was an alcoholic, and to top it all off, he was in an abusive relationship. Despite all the tragedy in his life, he still continued to be a good and successful person who made people feel better about themselves, which can be seen in the following quotation when the narrator and his wife chatted: "'He's wonderful,' she said. Something of Ray Bowlen had passed into us, and we were better for it.” There is no mention of what was so special about Ray that would make others a better person, he might have been just a Ray died abruptly and suddenly without his death tarnishing the memory of him being a strong person, unlike the narrator’s father who was a tough guy all
Seeking to bolster their theory of the crime, prosecutors turned to John Lentini, the fire expert, and John DeHaan, another leading investigator and textbook author. Despite some of the weaknesses of the case, Lentini told me that, given the classic burn patterns and puddle configurations in the house, he was sure that Lewis had set the fire: “I was prepared to testify and send this guy to Old Sparky”—the electric chair.
My goal is to be happy and successful in life. I will accomplish my goal by getting a good education, falling in love, and excelling in band.

The movie Escape Fire clearly states the facts that currently affect the healthcare system in the U.S. and proposes solutions that are at our reach as individuals, as a community and as a country. We are a country that sets the tone for almost everything that is popular in the world and something as necessary to our livelihood as healthcare is, we certainly are not on top of how to set that tone in that aspect that should be as popular as the air we breathe. We have the ability to change the game as it is suggested in the movie, and persuade the behavior changes necessary for all Americans to make in order to control the management of diseases culture that we are currently in and turn it into a
A traumatic event that happened was when there was a fire. I remember that the fire was just a mile from our house and that we would have to evacuate. My family I loaded the car as fast as we could. We packed as much as we could and everyone else in the neighborhood were also packing and moving out. We moved out, but got stuck in traffic. The fire was literally behind us, burning acres of grass and forests. My sister had asthma, and so she had to fight it off by constantly coughing and such for she didn’t have her inhaler. She coughed all the way until we had gotten to safety and she had gotten an inhaler. I remembered leaving my pet dog, Penn at home, and so I rushed back by myself to let him out. Fire was right near the house, and I tried
I do not have a goal in mind. There is no deadline or additional information I can provide for my dream. I want to make a positive impact on the world. I want to have an outstanding legacy.
My goal it to help the less fortunate kids around the world. I will be working with the Operation Christmas Child program to make sure kids get presents for christmas. For their presents I will put fun toys and some everyday materials they need. By the end of June I will have made all the presents in boxes, wrapped them and store them until Christmas time when they get shipped out. My evidence will be a picture of me sitting in front of all the boxes.
Laurence also makes a parallel study about the women torn in between the quest of identity and the struggle for space and the desire to live happily with their husband and her children in the sister novel The Fire Dwellers. Stacey MacAindra is the sister of Rachel Cameron, she is thirty-nine years old house wife with four children who is lost and desperate because her husband does not understand her nor even listens to her miseries and sufferings. Like Rachel, Stacey is seen fluttering like a bird in the cage, though she tries hard to break the rules, she is unable and therefore remains a passive sufferer. Laurence portrays Stacey as typical Canadian woman who knows that she is in need of freedom but the societal walls bind her to come from the restrain. Stacey’s life is a struggle against domination of the male society.
My goal in life is to help people who are less fortunate than me. I want to help even if is just one person. Because that one person can change the world. Trying to figure out what I want to do without knowing how to help someone is hard. There is some many jobs and careers out there where you help someone, but I want to help someone more than one time. Making this decision is hard, it will be the reason for what I do for the rest of my life and that is scary. It is scary because I do not want to regret my decision. I do not want to look back and think in should have decided something else. I want to make the right decision the first time. Making the right decision for the rest of my life is something I do not look for to
Something about me that gives me strength is that i’ve been though a lot of things growing up. But the something that happened to me when i was one year old that makes me a strong person which i was burned. Being a burn survivor can be hard to deal with. With everything that comes with it Hospital visits and surgeries and dealing with it emotionally.
Burns affect approximately one million Americans every year. (American Burn Association 2007) They are the most common household injuries, especially in children. Burn pain can be one of the most intense types of pain. Burns can cause be caused from many things such as: fire, steam, liquids, sun, heat, radiation, friction, electricity and chemicals. But when you get a burn, it is always nice to know certainly if it is serious. This is why everyone should be able to classify, treat and prevent burns.

My goal in life is to make a difference in this world whether it be in medicine or whatever I decide to make my career out of. Helping people is something I am passionate about. I enjoy seeing the smile on their face when they see someone doing good in this world. I want to be able to tell my patient that they are cancer free. I want to lift their worries and fears right from their shoulders. I want to change their lives and give them their lives back after fighting for them. I want to change medicine. When people are diagnosed with cancer , they think they are going to die, I want to make them say, “is that it?’ because they know they will live through it. One day, I am going to change lives and medicine as we know
