In today’s society, there are many responsibilities that pertain to becoming a healthcare manager. These responsibilities not only consist of physical requirements, but also, must have mental requirements. When we think about what a good manager entails, we already know that they must have the proper training and knowledge, but, they also must possess the characteristics to become a good manager as well. Anyone can train and become a manager of a business, but, it takes a special kind of person to work within a healthcare facility and have compassion for patients.
