Health care administration is a professional challenging environment with some of the most critical issues and problems in our society. Health care administration combines my knowledge and experience in business and health care. The traits I learned about today in my personal profile was that I am realistic, Investigative, artistic, social, enterprising and conventional. I am very realistic I am that person who likes working with hand on problems. Very investigative I think being in the healthcare field you always have to think of new ideas especially in management. Artistic I think being creative is also a trait working in this field work that can be done without following a set of rules. I think you always have to be social in this field teaching and giving advice is always good. I enjoy working with people so I think I am very social. Enterprising persuading and leading people, making decisions and taking risks for profits that is management skills. They need to make sure that all the employees are working consciously and following all the set rules to avoid any conflicts. Also, as a leader they need to be firm and should never tolerate any violations, anyone who committed a mistake and are proven guilty after a thorough deliberation, sanctions should impose as needed ("What Are The Duties Of A Health Care Manager & Administrator?"). Moreover, an Administrator must be a role model to all and must possess a good leadership skills that is sensitive enough to pick the needs of the employees and the company. Hospital Administrators (HAs) are responsible for planning, supervising, and directing the delivery of healthcare within the hospital setting. HAs are also in charge of ensuring the hospital operates in a cost-effective manner while safeguarding the medical care received by the patients. Job responsibilities of HAs include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of providers, residents, nurses, and also assistant administrators ( ). HAs plan budgets and also set the rates for the healthcare services which are being delivered to the patients within the hospital setting.

Healthcare administrators have important impact in the world of medicine. They play a key role in shaping the future course for the both the general healthcare system and their respective facilities. The act of managing a healthcare facility can be compared to that of managing an entire city due to the dynamic environments in the two settings. Healthcare administrators serve in environments of specialized groups who have competing interests and both indirect and direct relationships with each other. Effective management of these facilities demands skills in tough decision-making. Additionally, the healthcare administrators ought to respect the values and choices of the diverse groups that they serve.

Healthcare is one of the largest growing fields with increasing demands every day. In the past, healthcare was thought to be a work force of doctors, nurses and other medical staff but it has evolved into a large industry with a need for managers and administration. This management and administration has brought a new skillset to the field that strongly interests me. I spent the first two years of my undergraduate education in pharmacy school but through my many job shadows I fell in love with the business side of the health industry. I became fascinated by healthcare administration because of the potential opportunities such as: the ability to combine my talents of leadership and organization with my passion of health; the capacity to analyze and predict future trends to help my organization stay ahead therefore becoming a leader in industry; and the capability to understand medical professionals and their skills to lead and direct them in ways that will create a super-team.

I found that the plot-twist of Hazel's Hero, the author of The Imperial Infliction-Van Houten, being a drunken jerk really interesting because it added to the depressingly realistic theme of the story but at the same time, it unexpectedly crushes Hazel's expectations and nearly ruins their trip to Amsterdam. Even though I knew (Well, hoped at least) that things would turn out fine, I still felt fearful that Hazel wouldn't get the answer to the questions she had been holding onto for so long. The quote: "They are fiction, they cease to exist the moment the novel is over.," was Van Houten's response to Hazel questioning him about why he ended The Imperial Infliction in the middle of the sentence. This then causes emotional outbursts from Hazel

By burning the books, the pigs not only had total control of what was being rectified and documented but how it was done since they were the only ones that could write.
