Health care facilities can be small, medium or big enterprises that involve classic business procedures and practices (eHow). Healthcare executives are responsible for engaging with medical staff, making sure they do their job. Other task include scheduling, making sure requirements are met, addressing needs of staff, administrative duties and managing budgets. The sector, health, that I have chosen includes a variety of people from ranging from elderly too adult too teenagers, children and baby’s. A hospital is a health care institution which provide treatment for many diseases and conditions.

Surprisingly health administrators are often accountable for fabrication fiscal decisions that can impinge both their health care association and the caliber of management communicate. Also, it can be extremely demanding to equalize strive requisition, and it sometimes pits low-cost, quality, and ethics against each other. For instance, administrators often must decide between employment more personnel to diminish nurse-to-patient ratios and purchasing or restore, recover equipage. Above all of these things could improve quality of care.

Health care administration is a professional challenging environment with some of the most critical issues and problems in our society. Health care administration combines my knowledge and experience in business and health care. My accomplishments are a result of my ability to assess situations, generate a plan of action, and work the plan. Following is my plan of action for my career in health care:

Organizations try to stay away from the Abilene Paradox because it causes trouble in organizations to the point of collapse. Their are elements and symptoms to the Abilene Paradox. One element and symptom of the Abilene Paradox is the employees in the organization agreeing privately as individuals in regard to the problem the organization is facing. Another is the employees in the organization agreeing privately as individuals in regard to the steps that are needed to deal with the problem the organization is facing. The failure to communicate with one another is an element and symptom of the Abilene Paradox because it creates a misperceive collective reality.

A. Case Study 4 - Health care administrator's main function is to manage the entire facility or institution. They too are on top of managing his/her subordinates or employees which includes all the medical staff (Doctors, Nurses and etc.), to hire the needed manpower, to delegate tasks and to develop strategies that will be able to reach the company's goal ("What Are The Duties Of A Health Care Manager & Administrator?"). Additional, they need to make sure that there will be a continuous development of skills and knowledge for all the health care staff. Upskilling and conducting training's that pertains to the current health trend and the like will not only help the health care team but the overall facility in providing efficient and effective

Health Care Administrators play a very important role in the health care industry. Hospitals provide services to everyone in our society. The Health Care Reform (ACA) provided insurance to a lot of uninsured citizens which increase the demand in hospitals and it is one of the main causes of overcrowding emergency rooms in hospitals.

As a Carteret County native, born at Sea Level Hospital, I grew up, married and had three children while living in the Harkers Island community. Living in the down east community, I quickly learned the importance of the diverse cultures and how to interact appropriately. Through my clinical experiences I have developed excellent assessment, observational and prioritizational skills. Capable of identifying changes in patient conditions and act accordingly. Highly acknowledged by my instructors, classmates and medical staff for my ability to perform as a team player or independently and the competency to adapt to any working environment has been. A health care administrator is responsible for establishing health care standards, making strategic policy decisions and implementing the personnel management procedures necessary to support his/her vision. In addition to the internal leadership they provide, health care administrators are leaders within the greater community as well. They partner with other health care organizations, comply with government regulations, advocate and testify on behalf of health care

Finally, the services of the hospital are organized by the administration. The administration is responsible for managing and coordinating activities in addition to creating policies for the hospital.

Healthcare administrators have important impact in the world of medicine. They play a key role in shaping the future course for the both the general healthcare system and their respective facilities. The act of managing a healthcare facility can be compared to that of managing an entire city due to the dynamic environments in the two settings. Healthcare administrators serve in environments of specialized groups who have competing interests and both indirect and direct relationships with each other. Effective management of these facilities demands skills in tough decision-making. Additionally, the healthcare administrators ought to respect the values and choices of the diverse groups that they serve.

People see hospitals as a place where one goes for healing and medical care, but hospitals are businesses that healthcare administrators have the responsibility of maintaining. Healthcare administrators’ responsibilities include many aspects related to patient care. Some of those aspects are social and public policy and the technical management of healthcare delivery in hospitals. Unfortunately, healthcare administrators are faced with many challenges as well. One of the growing challenges that healthcare administrators are facing is the shortage of healthcare professionals.

Healthcare management is a great, complex, and dynamic field. Like any business, healthcare requires exceptional administration to keeps its operations effective and smooth. Notably, the healthcare field is constantly growing, calling for the expertise of skilled administrators with the capacity to manage hospitals. Since my childhood, I have enjoyed solving problems, helping people, caring about the community and individuals, and having an excellent compensation and growth opportunities.

Wow Hospital (WH) managers also called healthcare executives or healthcare administrators, plan, direct, analysis and coordinate medical and health services. They might manage an entire facility or specialize in managing a specific clinical area or department, or manage a medical practice for a group of physicians. Medical and health services managers must be able to adapt to changes in healthcare laws, regulations, and technology.
