Results: After following my solutions of avoiding multitasking, positive results immediately showed. First of all, I started gaining more sleep as I stopped using my phone before bedtime. Secondly, I am more focused and concentrated on my homework, instead of constantly checking my phone everytime I hear a buzz. Lastly, I noticed that I improved physically, mentally, emotionally. Getting adequate sleep will positively affect your daily routines, and habits. Summary: All in all, the data shows how multitasking will make you take longer to finish your work. The data reveals 14 hours of homework, and 11 hours of screen usage of the week. All seven days of the week I used an electronic before bed, which made me sleep longer than usual. The main
