Anxiety disorder is quite common in America. Anxiety Is a reaction to something like fear that you might of wanted to face but couldn’t. Also it affects people who have stress, or a phobia, and even to people who get worried of something. SOMETIMES CVHDUVXJIDSSVDSV DSUUUUUGBNFDBDUKL.
There is only one kind of anxiety disorder, it can be hard to face this one kind of anxiety.. It can be hard to get through the ups and downs you will have to face when you have Anxiety.
There are only two thing you can do for treatment of anxiety, but you have to be patient. You can have a headache,
Anxiety has both mental and physical effects, it is our internal alarm system to put our mind on a physical alert and prepares for us a "fight or flight response". This alarm can go away when we know that everything is okay and there is no danger nearby or nothing is going to happen but sometimes our alarm will not shut off and then an anxiety problem persists. Anxiety is an extreme mental disorder when an anxious feeling does not subside and is constantly ongoing without a particular reason (Blue, 2016). This mental health condition can be extremely serious and overwhelming and makes it very hard to cope with daily life (Blue, 2016).
