Since this is only his rookie season there is lots of room for improvement. I believe that he can make it to the hall of fame. But it is crucial that he stays at the Cowboys. First of all our fanbase is huge and supportive. Second of all we have the best offensive line in football. If you do not have good blockers your running back would go no where. Anthony Johnson was born in Angola, Africa in 1600. He was captured as a slave and sent to the new world in 1621. During his years of service Johnson worked for a man named Bennet who lived in Virginia. Anthony worked as an indentured servant on his tobacco farm. Around 1635, Johnson was freed from his indenture and married the only female slave on his plantation, her name was Mary. They soon began their life together on a successful farm and had several children. Soon Johnson purchased indentured slaves of his own in order to form a successful farm. The significance of Johnson in the community in this time period was to show that some indentured slaves, who had not committed any crime, could be held against their will as a slave for life because

Walter Payton was a very important figure in football history because not only did he fight through his hard times in high school and college but he also remained same and sympathetic through his football career. He taught all of us that not everything is about winning; instead, you put all of your strength and faith into something that you love. Born on July 25, 1954 in a small town of Columbia, Mississippi; Walter was brought into this world by Peter and Alyne Payton to change football history in a tremendous way. Peter and Alyne were loving and hardworking parents; in fact, they sacrificed their jobs so that Walter and his siblings wouldn't remain alone. The Payton's weren't wealthy and rich but according to Walter, that made him appreciate life more as a kid. As a child, Walter was alwasy sympathetic although he really didn't get involved into sports until the first year of high school. He had two other siblings, Eddie and Pam Payton, whom he shared many memories with mostly outdoors; Walter admired his brother's athletic capacity and decided he would become involved in the football

Around America today football is one of the most favorable sports among men. Football starts off for the youth with pee-wee and pop warner leagues. Most fathers aspire for their children to be great athletes. It would be a dream for a father’s child to be considered the greatest player in college football. The Heisman Trophy is given to the best player in college football.

Tom Brady is widely considered to be one of the best athletes of today’s day and age, and thought of by many as possibly the best quarterback in NFL history. Numerous factors have led to his overall success in football over the past 20 or so years, but nothing has been as important as his own implicit personality structures. Brady has dealt with a lot of negative feedback ever since he started playing football; people telling him he wasn’t good enough to play or that he wasn’t tough enough to be a quarterback in the NFL. His whole career has been a balancing act of proving people wrong by continuing to surpass what was thought to be humanly possible on the field. He has clearly surpassed expectations on and off the field, because of this success it is acceptable to ask the question of how his personality has helped lead to his success in the NFL. Furthermore, Brady is clearly a person high in conscientiousness and self-control, therefore another question that could be debated is how would he cope with not being able to play the game he loves.

Michael Jordan was born on February 17, 1963 in Brooklyn, New York, and when he was still a toddler, his parents moved to Wilmington, North Carolina.

He is easy to talk to and able to communicate regularly with the team to ensure everything is on the right track. Moreover, he is always willing to provide constructive feedback for his teammates.

     The main focus of the story “Young Goodman Brown” by Nathaniel Hawthorne is the triumph of evil over good. A supposedly good man is tempted by evil and allows himself to be converted into a man of evil. This is much like the situation that arises in Hawthorne’s The Scarlet Letter, where two people are tempted to sin and give in thus submitting themselves to the power of the devil. In this novel, the area where the devil resides is strictly parallel to that in “Young Goodman Brown”.

The purpose of this essay is to analyze a leader by using leadership trait approach. The leader chosen for this purpose is Steve Jobs who is the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Apple Inc. The leader will be analyzed to identify some of his traits that contribute to his effective leadership.
