According to Forbes Magazine (2015),
“Chick-Fil-A has experienced more than 10% sales increase almost every year since launching in 1946 and their franchisees retention rate has been 96% for nearly 50 years.” (Kurse, 2015).
We can all agree Chick-Fil-A has accomplished tremendous success by any commercial standard. Truett Cathy opened his first restaurant in 1946 named Dwarf Grill in Hapeville, Georgia. In the early 1960’s, he founded Chick-Fil-A and soon after took credited for inventing Chick-Fil-A’s delicious boneless breast chicken sandwich. Chick-Fil-A has elevated to become the largest quick-service chicken restaurant chain in the United States with over 2,000 locations and is privately held and family owned to this day (Chick-Fil-A, n.d.).
Chick-Fil-A has been one of the few companies to maintain a high number of sales for over 40 years, it is not only their great food but it is also their unique ambiance. Chick-Fil-A is unlike many of their competitors such as McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and Burger King, at the end of each transaction at Chick-Fil-A, you

Cleanliness is one the big factors when choosing somewhere to dine-in or carry-out, many fast food chains have lost the sense of sanitation and cleanliness in their locations. Chick-Fil-A has maintained a clean area from the ordering station to the restrooms (Marketing, n.d.). The overall appearance is simple but elegant, such as their menus which are very standard with minimum of colors and pictures of the product, each product has a certain amount of inches from each other therefore the menu is not congested or jam-packed. (REPORTER, 2015). I personally appreciate this simple design because I notice there can be a lot of confusion when choosing something to eat with a number of different writing on the
I learned about the Chick-fil-A Franchise Opportunity through my own personal research. I began to research an opportunity with Chick-fil-A when I purchased my home in Elgin and found myself driving to Austin to enjoy Chick-fil-A with my children every Saturday.

The company was established in 1946 and has gradually entrenched itself in the American food industry as a cultural icon in the Southern United States for its specialty in preparation of chicken sandwiches. Chicken! Chicken! Chicken! Southerners are crazy about it! Chicken is an iconic meal, from grandma 's kitchen to fast food restaurants. Sometimes grandma 's home cooked chicken is not always readily available, so what is the next best option? This is my review of two very popular fast food chains, the main item on each menu is none other than chicken. These two restaurants go by the name Chick-fil-A and Zaxby 's. Chick-fil-A has a bit of an interesting story, with the franchise being very comfortable with the Christian faith. Because of this, all locations are closed on Sundays and holidays. Information from their website shows that Chick-fil-A cares for its community and is involved in several fundraisers for churches and schools. Zaxby 's observes normal hours and does not really take part in community events. I visited the Chick-fil-A over on Harris Lane in Bessemer, Alabama at around noon. This Chick-fil-A just opened a few years back and has been very popular since. On a different occasion, I visited the Zaxby 's just a few miles down the road from Chick-fil- A, located on Academy Drive. The website describes Zaxby 's as a “chain eatery serving up fried chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches, and other American comfort eats”. These two competitors offer very similar menu options, but completely different environments. Although Chick-fil-A has better customer service, Zaxby 's has tastier food and an overall better ambiance.
Chick-fil-A is a restaurant that will have you coming back for seconds with the whole family. Here, customers are acted on with hospitality and are given the best service the workers can provide. Unlike many fast food restaurants around, the workers have to be kind and pleasant when it comes to the consumers.
Chick-fil-A is affected by numerous external forces which challenge upper management’s ability to make Chick-fil-A "America’s best quick-service restaurant". Through intense strategic planning, based upon the vision, mission and corporate values, Chick-fil-A has been able to establish a unique position in a very competitive industry. The corporate purpose of Chick-fil-A, "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come into contact witch Chick-fil-A", their commitment to family and the community, and their sound business decisions, have made Chick-fil-A one of the most profitable and fastest growing quick-service restaurants
In today’s society, it would be most beneficial for Chick-fil-A to be open on Sunday. Not to mention the sales they could record, but almost every other fast food restaurant is open seven days a week. Just about all employers will tell you that you work for the customer, and with Chick-fil-A finding this happy medium, they can do so more cooperatively.
Chick fil A is a unique company and is clearly different from most fast-food restaurants; employees are kind, helpful and maintain a clean environment no matter where they located. As stated previously Chick-fil- A’s corporate purpose is constructive in addition it emphasizes their culture “To glorify god by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil- A.” (cite) This statement truly shows how the company’s leadership has created a culture where service is just as important as profit. The emphasis of this section of the paper will be to research while also analyzing how Chick-fil-A makes people a priority and how doing things in an uncommon way has certainly helped Chick-fil-A create a strong culture as well as a successful business.

A family filled environment with talking cows telling a customer to "Eat More Chicken", this could only be the famous Chick-fil-A on Rockwell and Northwest Expressway. Aside from visiting the fast food hotspot with my volleyball team every away game we have had since my freshman year, I visit this location with me nieces as well giving me plenty of experience with the environment set forth. Chick-fil-A uses their simple look inside and out, their attentive service, the community based events held at the restaurant, and providing a simple form of information through their website to give a family friendly environment for all ages to come and enjoy while eating their fresh food.
Chick-Fil-A is a fast food restaurant that I love it got wide variety of foods including breakfast in the mornings, grilled chicken, and more healthier options. The drinks always have free refills It also is very child friendly has most restaurants where they even have a play land for the kids and have kids meals. The restaurant is always clean inside and the wait for all foods are less than 15-20 minutes. The employees look very clean they always have ironed clothes and is always wearing their full uniform. When I went to order I ordered a regular chicken sandwich meal with fries and a milk shake. The person who take my ordered smiled and was very polite, I have had always good service at Chick-Fil-A. One key responsibility of working as a manager is to recognize the best way to organize and run an organization. A manager who can work with and put into motion the structure and plans of a company is very important to the life of the organization. Chief Executive Officer of Chick-fil-A Dan T.
