Abigail Betty's cousin also wanted to be part of practicing witchcraft and I think that's when her uncle thought maybe she had done something to Betty and he told her to cure her. I believe that the truth about Abigail was that she wasn’t a witch .Betty wanted to do witchcraft . Although Abigail had seemed a little scared .One day both of them had gone to the forest and danced ,they had went to the forest ,because the village people believed that when you dance your dancing with the devil.. A few days later I believe they were asking Abigail and Betty what they were doing there and they had said that Mercy was there too. According to the University of Virginia, “Abigail Williams testified and said that several times last February she had been much afflicted with pains and often pinched by the apparition of Sarah Good, Sarah Osborne, and Tituba.” Due to their inability to explain things at the time, Salem blamed Abigail Williams’ pains, pinches, and fits on witchcraft. When a team fails, they are often quick to blame a single player while when in reality the fault lies with them all. This everyday scenario can be related to Arthur Miller’s The Crucible, which takes place in 17th century Salem, Massachusetts. The antagonist of the story is Abigail Williams who begins the accusations of witchcraft, which soon causes hysteria and paranoia in Salem. However, the damage cannot be attributed to one character. In the Crucible, the town is to blame for the Salem Witch Trials because of its strict Puritan background, the widespread feelings of vengeance, and because it is easily gullible and consequently puts strength to meaningless accusations.

In life, we all have life-changing events that happen to everyone and usually makes us think about the decision that we made. For me my life changing event was when I had my first real heartbreak about a few months ago. The reason it was so heartbreaking was because my ex cheated on me not once not twice, but over seven different times with several women. Since my first real heartbreak has happened to me, I realized that a first heartbreak is tough to get over, but after all you do recover from it and you do move on with your life.
