I think Alexander deserves the title of Alexander the Great. He was 20 years old when he launched his invasion into the Persian Empire. The evidence I will use are these documents. I think Alexander was great, because of the size his empire and how little time it took him to make.

Was Alexander the Great really as great as he sounds? Since he is such a famous person in history, people tend to think he is great but I think not. Was Alexander the Great actually as great as he sounds? Alexander was not great because he killed 100,000 people, he was very greedy, and was brutal and often tortured people.

The United States has led the fight against criminal activities from Mexican borders for many years. Criminal activities along the United States and Mexican border range from drug trafficking, human smuggling and an economy that disruptive. These are illegal activities scholars have argued could lead to the failure of Mexico as a country and the spread of violence to the United States. The illegal activities are not only a threat to the economy of Mexico and United States but also to the rest of the world due the impacts associated. The border between Mexico and US is of essential significance because it provides the link between the two countries. The border provides passageways through which either country can access the other via land or air means. Although the border is of significance to both countries, smuggling of drugs and trafficking human are main causes of violence between the countries. Drug cartels in Mexico smuggle drugs into the United States and this drives a war between them and the US government. The economy and the peace between Mexico and US is also affected significantly due to the illegal activities. To minimize the violence caused by these illegal activities, the US government need to act against the activities. The United States needs to increase the economic aid and military intervention to Mexico to fight the drug cartels, otherwise it could become a failed state; spreading more violence across the US border.

The idea of incorporating Twitter into the classroom is a growing idea among both students and teachers. While the popular social media site may seem like a place for people to tweet about random things, such as how their day is going or where they are going for lunch, Twitter also has the capability to benefit students outside of the classroom. Many k-12 teachers and college professors have begun to use Twitter to keep students engaged and stay up-to-date on what is going on with the school, as well as increase communication between both students and teachers. When used correctly, Mary Bart argues that Twitter has the ability to increase learning outside of the classroom.

Following high school graduation, it was pertinent to attend university if I hoped to have a chance at pursuing a career in neuroscience. Initially, I had dreams of studying biology to one day become a neurosurgeon, which is why I chose to attend a school with an excellent pre-medical program such as Loyola University Chicago. However, my career plans soon changed when my great aunt was diagnosed with dementia almost a year later. At the beginning of her diagnosis, there was barely a difference between her behavior then and that of several months ago. As time went on, she began to ask me more and more questions every time she saw me until it came to a point where she had no recollection of who I was; several months later, she could no longer recognize her husband. She passed away shortly after and it was almost a relief that she would no longer be suffering to live through life day by day confused by everyone
