• By 2018 we plan to sell at least 50 franchisees in these 5 countries. • Apart from that by 2022 we plan to be globally present in all the developed countries and some other growing economies as well. • We want to be a global brand recognized all over the world. After McDonalds, KFC, burger king, dominos etc. • Kanti Sweets should be the name taken for Indian chats and sweets. We want to be the pioneer in the field of our products globally and to be number 1, leaving behind Haldiram’s. • Our sales growth should be minimum 10% every year. • We want to share a market of minimum 5% globally in Fast food and snacks and sweets categories. • We also plan to setup an institution exclusively for the Kanti employees to train and educate them about the products and services. There will be a 2 month training period for them in which they will learn about all the products and services offered by us and they will be trained on each and every thing irrespective of their domain to ensure better quality of workforce and services. • Feedback mechanism will be made more customers friendly and will involve customers in developing new products and making
