Many kids in school are wanting to learn a new language away from their native language but many students are wondering what language is going to help them the most in the future. English is the clear answer for these students that are wondering what new language to learn for a number of reasons. Most of the people could not get their education because they are living very far from their universities and school, even the people who are working in their offices, they could not attend the classes due to their office work, so they can easily take lectures from their offices or home through the web. They provide a communication platform for the trainees who are at some distance. Now a day’s distance learning is becoming popular day by day. A person who is not able to reach the campus can take the lectures sitting at their home. As the world is now a global village technology is enhanced so if used properly, we can take a lot of advantage from it. When we want to deliver education at some distance than E- learning comes into play. E-learning stands for Electronic Learning which is a computer technology that supported education learning at all levels. Nowadays e-learning is a trending topic and it opens the ways of education and made the education flexible shrink the time and cost but ensuring the quality education is a bit tough. In our project the basic objective is the communication platform in which a teacher/trainer would be able to deliver live video lecture to all the students who are enrolled in a program and we need to make sure that the student is attending the lecture properly. And on the basis of attending lecture trainer give some scores (PDA'S) to the trainee. The best part of this project is that this is the real time project.
