Disadvantages of doing Flash Reports
While doing flash reports has a number of benefits, it also presents some cons.

Flash reports have to be complete and accurate as much as possible, since the future plans and actions of the team depend on the new or changed information. Lacking or incorrect information may lead to a mismatched plan and action, which can adversely impact the overall performance of the team.
