Technology and learning are becoming more and more hand in hand as technology gets improved and learning styles are figured out about students. There are a couple of learning theories that teachers need to know to provide students with the best learning situations to make sure that students are learning everything that they need, so they can be ready and successful today and are able to go into the workforce and be a benefit to future employers. This paper we are going to discuss how technology is going to help these student with technology.

A lot of the way you learn has to do with your attitude the way you motivate yourself and the belief that you can achieve anything they put their mind to. Knowledge also determines how situations are handled. Social interactions are also very important in context learning.
The second learning style is going to be Social Learning Theory. This theory is more of observing the behavior of others and learning the consequences that these behaviors have. Some people think that learning and performance are the same, but they are not learning is the knowledge you have. Performance is taking what you have learned and acting and applying it to life.
The third learning theory is Behavioral Learning Theory, and this is the one that affects most if not all people growing up you learn behavior and unlearn certain behaviors depending on the way you are raised and the choices you make. There are certain people that take longer to learn. Classical conditioning will also produce certain environmental stimuli that will demonstrate your behavioral response, for instance, blinking your eyes is a normal thing but under a study, if a puff of smoke was blown in your face you are going to blink. Are people too stubborn and independent to learn once they become adults? The Adult Learning Theory focuses on the difference between how adults learn and how children learn. There are three main central ideas that support the Adult Learning Theory. These ideas or theories are known as andragogy, self-directed learning, and transformational learning. Andragogy is the teaching of adults, self-directed learning is the individual controlling their learning, and transformational learning is the individual learning from life experiences.

Each of us learn in different ways. I for one am a hands on learner. I learn best by getting my hands on things and seeing how things work. I am not very good at learning things by simply reading a book and taking a test. Although most of my schooling is just that. Many things influence our learning as well, such as environmental. These can include reinforcements, observations, associations, and punishment. Some of the primary learning theories I will discuss will be classical conditioning, operant conditioning and observational learning.
The education world has been greatly influenced by rapidly changing technology and the increasing availability of information. Schools have advanced by leaps and bounds when it comes to incorporating technology into the learning environment, however, many more advances need to be made.
