It is important for adolescents to stay active at a young age for the sake of their physical health! I believe putting your child in some kind of sport during their childhood can teach them sportsmanship, manners, respect, team work and much more!
Getting out of school and going straight to a practice or a game will also keep your child productive and out of the streets. I know that having your kid participate in a sport while they are young will definitely keep them out of trouble, and this is from a personal reference because I was a trouble kid. Sports and clubs were the only two things that could keep me out of trouble and away from the wrong crew. Another positive outcome from this idea is teaching your child good sportsmanship.
This will impact on a child or young person’s intellectual development as they will be more alert and ready to learn, physical activity is also likely to encourage social and emotional development as schools will provide sports clubs and after school activities, giving children and young people the opportunity to socialise and progress in self-esteem.
Colonialism is the control of governing influence of a nation over a dependent country, territory, or people, and that is exactly what the Europeans did the Africans. Africa was once a beautiful country with an abundant amount of resources but when the Europeans came and colonized Kenya they took that all away. Yes the colonization did help Africa a lot but even though it brought a lot of good it wasn’t able to overcome all of the negative it did, colonialism effected Kenya in a negative way in the areas such as government, education, and culture
Children will possibly play on teams with new kids. This lets them branch out, make new friendships and bond with others as they learn to work together. Putting a child in sports early on will prepare them for the high level of play as an athlete when they are older. There is only a greater risk for serious injury when they get older due their size, as they will get taller, and their weight as it will increase. This will cause a greater impact then, than it will now, as children are not strong enough to cause a severe injury to other players.
It’s been debated that having kids participate in sports can be either a positive or negative factor in a child’s development. Is participating in sports a positive outcome in a youth’s development? Through my own personal experience and through the research that I have conducted I believe that participating in sports is a true benefit to a child’s development. Although having children involved in sports does not guarantee that they will stray away from criminal behavior, it does however, reduce the chances of them becoming involved. The earlier that children are involved in sports the better, because they could find that they truly enjoy them and wish to continue through middle and high school. A lifelong love of sports as a deterrent to less desirable behavior is something that society would like to promote. One thing almost every young child looks forward to is the activity of play. Kids love nothing more than to go outside, run around with friends, and get dirty. If children are already active at a young age, why not encourage them to continue by enrolling them in an organized youth sport program?
