As Norma sits in the front of the office, most picture her as a receptionist or such. She is not; she works in Accounts Payable. However, Norma always goes over and above to help all of us in the office. In addition to daily duties, she never hesitates to help us with shipping requests and forms, ordering supplies, arraigning lunches when customers or corporate management is in town, and just being to go to person for help. She took on the responsibility to lead the charge to get badges, parking access, and elevator access to our employees. She also sets up the conference rooms, with supplies, chairs and media as needed for our larger events.
