Abortion Should Not Be Illegal

Abortion should be illegal in the United States of America. Since abortion was made legal in 1973, almost 57 million babies have been murdered by abortion. At the rate of 2,900 babies aborted a day, or 1,058,500 a year, the death toll is averaging almost double the deaths caused by the “leading cause of death” in the U.S., heart disease. These are 57 million people, who could've grown up to cure cancer, or found a reliable and abundant clean source of energy. Also, women who have had abortions almost always are psychologically affected in some form or another. These affects include, but are not limited to; regret, anger, guilt, shame, sense of loneliness or isolation, anxiety and depression, and suicidal thoughts or feelings/actions. In fact,

Abortion should be legal, because there are too many things that go wrong. A women could be raped and need to get one because she doesn’t want to look at the child and doesn’t want to feel it grow, freedom of choosing what to do and how government involvement in personal decisions such as this could lead to potentially having the government deem how many children you can have or even how many pregnancies you are allowed, medical reasons for abortion, and the ability of a woman to have control of her body is critical to civil rights.

Almost 53,000,000 infants from 1973 to 2011 have been victims of abortion in the United States alone. The result of the supreme court case, Roe v. Wade, was that all states are prohibited from regulating or outlawing abortion. This has led to many millions of women aborting their babies. This practice is depriving unborn children of their rights of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Abortion should be outlawed in the United States because it denies someone their rights as human beings, and it is murder of someone who did no wrong.

Everything is all dark, cozy, and warm. You are in the most comfortable environment you 've ever known. Everything is pure bliss as you are currently living in Utopia. Then in one violent moment, you feel the greatest amount of pain imaginable and you can see this blinding light and then your limbs are ripped apart from your body and you are now struggling to survive and then in one quick snap, it 's all over. Your life is done. Your only thought was ¨mommy, how could you do this to me¨. Abortion is a horrific experience, that no one should ever endure. I am Pro-Life because of the consequences for mothers, the availability of adoption instead of abortion, and finally the Pro-Life movements in America.

Abortions should stay legal because they save mothers lives, they stop young pregnancy and making abortions illegal will only make them hazardous to mothers.

The topic of abortion is quite a controversial one, many people are both for and against the motion: “Should abortion be legal in the U.S.?”. The main arguments for this topic are “You are taking a child’s life when aborting.” but others may say “Women deserve the right to their own health decisions.” Many people are also in the grey spot with this topic, many believe under certain circumstances such as medical complications, that abortion should be legal.

Imagine a world with no rules,no restrictions except there's the forbidden forest that no one can go to and that is the USand its government. Why should we call ourselves “a free” country if we're taking women's choices ?Abortion is a choice so why is the government taking it away?Roe v Wade made abortion partially legal,but still i think abortion should be fully legal.Ive seen in the news where young teenagers are dying of street abortion procedures due to it not being legal in there state or city.I think Abortion should be legal.

Abortions should be illegal in the United States. Abortions have been occurring since the 1800`s. They were banned in the 1880’s except to save the life of the women. However, the Supreme Court ruled in 1973, in the case Roe vs Wade that abortion is legal in the first trimester. I disagree with this ruling because it is morally wrong. Secondly,every human being must be responsible for their actions. Lastly, there are many options available to prevent becoming a parent. We have to right to decide when we want to become a parent, but not if it involves terminating another human life.

Thousands of women in the world have abortions. “ Since the 1970’s, abortion has been a very controversial issue throughout the United States. Anti-Abortion and pro choice organizations often express their differences of opinion in lawful demonstrations” (Andryszewski 10).Think of it this way, all of the fetuses are in life or death situations. Their mother is choosing whether or not she wants to keep them or abort them. The children that are getting aborted will never get the chance to live. The children that are aborted will never get a choice.They will never get to go through all of the good, and even the bad, times of life. Life is a blessing, and everyone should get the chance to live their life. Women who just don’t want a child, or even women who have been raped, are wanting abortions all throughout America. Whatever the reason for the abortion, the pregnant woman should not have the choice of taking a life that they created. There are reasons and other options why women should not get abortions. Abortions should be illegal because these women are murdering a child that is unborn, it could be harmful to women, and if not always, then almost always, women have the choice of adoption.

Since the legalization of abortion in 1973, over 58 million babies have been terminated. This number will only continue to grow. Abortion is one of the most controversial topics out there. Two people come into play, pro-life and pro-choice supporters. If someone is pro-life, they don’t agree with abortions. However, if someone is pro-choice, they like the idea of a women being able to choose. These two people are like oil and water; they don’t mix well. Abortions should be illegal in the United States because innocent babies are being killed, babies are individuals, and babies should have rights to their own bodies.

Some people believe that life begins at conception, while some people believe that life begins at birth. There are now a third type of people who are now coming out to say that even at birth, a baby’s life is not really his/her own. What do you believe? While it is not universally agreed upon, abortion is legal within the United States and many other countries world-wide. Although after birth abortion does not seem very humane, Giubilini and Minerva make a point that ethically speaking, infants are not true people and unfortunately they make the point very well.

Around the world many women are receiving abortions legally and illegally. I believe receiving abortions should be against the law, with the exception of rape and incest. Taking the life of an unborn human being is not only cruel but wrong. The decision of taking another human beings life should not lie in our hands.

Some people say that abortion should be illegal. Some people say that abortion should be legal when women’s life are endangered. Whereas others say that abortion should accept in some circumstances. This topic is still a controversial issue now in the world. Although the technology is advanced in modern society, women could nurture the fetus outside their womb, it does not mean abortion is safe now. It might be have a lower risk of death than before, but abortion still hurts women’s health and emotions. Everyone should have the right to live and be able to make their own decisions instead of allowing other to choose for them. Phil Robertson once said "From the time you started in your mother's womb...you have a God-given right to live," but not everyone's right to live is honored. Abortion is the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy. Allowing for a pregnancy to exterminate should not be legal because this is just not only very dangerous for the mother but is painful for the baby and unfair. Everyone's life is valuable.
