Paper: Argumentation / Persuasion
Abortion
The thought of killing a human being, to most people, is bone chilling and can stand the hair on the back of your neck on end. Taking some ones life is the end all, and even in the most justifiable circumstances, anyone would buckle and not go through with it. Abortion, on the other hand, is a justifiable murder do to the fact that if you don’t think you can take care of a child, why even go through the psychological changes to change your mind. Abortion is an operation to end a pregnancy by removing an embryo or fetus from the womb. There are two main types of abortion procedures used today; suction-aspiration, and dilation and curettage (www.abortion facts.com). These two procedures

Lastly, if one side of the relationship does not want the responsibilities that a child brings, then consider raising a child alone. The chances are that no matter what you choose, the opposing partner will most likely stick to there guns and leave if the child is conceived, so why even put your self in the situation. On the other hand, medical studies have shown that an EEG
(electroencephalograph) is on of the leading ways to determine death. It is used to
show brain wave activity, and has shown brain activity in fetuses 40-43 days after being
conceived (www.leaderu.com). Another creditable argument is that the heartbeat is a sign of life. The fetus develops the heart at 18 days. A stopped heart is a valid sign of death and if the issue was defining life, then abortion would be outlawed everywhere. Even though the medical indications are credible, the fact still remains, if you are not ready to have a child, then it is best to make the decision early and know that the best decision was made due to the circumstances. There are plenty of ways to prevent the realities of even the option of having an abortion. Practicing safe sex i.e. abstinent, condoms, and birth control, to name a few. Taking your time before having sex and educating yourself on the risks of both sides. Although, if the pregnancy is unexpected and there are no cons to having a child then consider the alternative. In conclusion, the views
Have you ever wanted a child? For those that are not dealing with pregnancy, this is a very simple question, that can be answered with only a, “Yeah, having one wold be neat in the future,” or, “No thanks, I don’t really like kids,” But what about those that are pregnant? Having this question of whether or not someone truly wants a child or not can be very complicated for those that maybe aren’t financially stable, have been sexually assaulted and the child is a result of that, or maybe, its just that the person isn’t ready. For those that are not equipped for such a task of responsibility, what would they do? There are several possible options that could be done for those that do not want to have children, or for those that are pregnant but
People call each other “selfish” when this decision is onto consideration. I know women that had decided to do this because the baby was going to suffer without the right attention that the mother can give. Teen pregnancy is increasing and having a baby makes them become adults. Teens should not be able to have the chance to get pregnant because they are not
Waiting to start a family until you are emotionally or financially stable is certainly a responsible decision, but it’s also crucial for you to understand
A lot of people consider abortion a form of murder because they consider the fetus to be a human being. It is because of this that they would never get an abortion and they would get mad at others who did. People consider babies a gift from God and even unplanned pregnancies are seen as God’s gift to the parents. People who are against abortion state other humans are in no position to play God and that we have no right to choose who lives and who dies. Some reasons that pregnant women consider not having an abortion are because the chances of getting pregnant afterwards decline and because of the emotional pain that is felt with the loss of a mother’s child. It is a very tragic event in a woman’s life and its something that can’t be reversed or taken back. People who are against abortion argue that
24 percent of women having abortions are unmarried teenagers. Pregnancy can be a scary and extremely stressful time in a women?s life. To force a woman who is not ready for a child to go through with the birth is not the answer. Stress is not good for the fetus at all, and could lead to complications in the pregnancy, or even a miscarriage. People also seem to forget about a women?s mental health in these situations. A woman could be haunted for her lifetime of giving birth to an unborn child.
An unexpected pregnancy is no reason to abort the baby. If someone is mature enough to make the decision to have sex, they should be mature enough to do it properly, and if they do not, they should live with the consequences of their actions. The only way to totally prevent a pregnancy is to practice total abstinence, which is the only birth control that is 100%. Practicing
This gives couples a chance to complete an education, build careers, and establish their own relationship. Delaying parenthood until one feels secure and emotionally mature makes sense for some couples.
When partners expecting to become parents discover that one or both of them have fertility problems, they face a variety of options to bring a child into their lives. They could choose the option of adopting a child, or they may choose from a variation of medical technologies. They must decide whether they prefer the uncertainties and complexities of the adoption process or of the medical response to infertility. All options carry risks for both the mother and fetus, and they may also be expensive. Many techniques are also not covered by insurance policies.
Just because an abortion is legal, that does not make it morally or ethically correct.
Whether a mother wants to get an abortion or not, is up to the individual. Everyone is entitled to the rights of their own body, therefore it is wrong to tell someone what they can and can’t do with it. Pregnancy has a huge effect on the mother’s body alone; it changes every aspect of her life forever. Having a child, especially if it is unplanned, could potentially disrupt her career, social life and many other important parts of everyday life.
In today's society, there are countless numbers of reproductive issues that are drastically progressing in which making the thought of having a baby hard. Problems that would soon lead to abortions from the lack of wanting a baby, miscarriages from smoking and drinking, making for an unsafe pregnancy, and as simple as stressing yourself can become your main problems. In some instances, some women come encounter with unexpected pregnancies. Some couples set their minds on the idea of not having a child at the time because of their money issues. While being financially unstable, the lack of wanting the other person's
“Unplanned pregnancies can halt a woman's career, education, as well as other goals that they may desire to achieve in life.” Having a child takes a lot of responsibility and maturity. While most mothers choose to keep the child despite the circumstances, mothers always have options. They could choose between keeping the child, aborting the child, or giving the child up for adoption. I believe that if someone has chosen not to keep their baby, adoption is the next best thing. When adopting a child there are several advantages for both the adopted child and their adoptive family.
Abortion is tremendously unethical, just like murder is highly immoral. Many religions oppose the idea of abortion; Christianity considers abortion to be a sin under all circumstances; Hinduism considers abortion to be a form of violence. In addition, when the woman decides to have a sexual intercourse with a man without any proper use of contraception, she knows that pregnancy will result. If the mother did not want the baby in the first place or if she could not take on the responsibility of the baby, then she should not get pregnant just to later on kill the unborn innocent child in her womb. Abortion can not only harm the baby, but can also cause physical and psychological damage
Many people who have married each other find out many months later that the one that they are with just was not the one who they will love forever and be with forever. If they had chosen to have a child then the child will have to deal with parents who are trying to find a new couple and may even do it all over again. Also disease is not a joke that goes away over a wish people are born with genetic diseases that will transfer over to their child. My opinion of remaining childfree goes along with the author Kelly W. Who has strong evidence towards the thought of remaining childfree by
Plain and simple, if you’re not ready, than don’t do it. If you do decide to have this child
