The legacy that I want to leave is that, I want people to remember me as a good, funny, friendly, and honest person. The girl who was smart and quiet in school, but wild (funny, cool, being myself) at home. I was very nice to people and my friends. People would always say, Aaliyah is so nice and cool. But I’m not so nice when you mess with me, and you’re rude to me. I will give I right back to you. I deserve the same respect from you that I give to you. If you disrespect me, I will disrespect you, because you can’t just disrespect me and don’t expect me to disrespect you back either. I am a person of RESPECT
Think about who you are and what you have done. Now, imagine in some time from now people are remembering your life. How would they say your name? Would they say your name with respect and honor or would they say it with disgust? They will remember who you were, how you acted, and what you did. How people remember you is called a legacy. It’s also how you would want to be remembered. The legacy I would like to leave behind is an honorable one.
A big philosophy to life for me is, “ Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard”. I use this quote with my books and my education that's why I don't give up on my gpa and I continuously work as much as I can. I’m not going to give up on where I want to be in life because of my past mistakes.Lastly, I would like for my life to turn out to be something positive and I would like to hear my mom say that she is proud of what I have
Aaliyah is a 25-month old girl born on October 26, 2014. During her mother’s pregnancy and birth there weren’t any complications. When Aaliyah was born she had an umbilical hernia. An umbilical hernia occurs when the stomach muscles don't join completely and the intestine, or other tissues, bulge through the weak spot around the belly button. The doctors said by the age of one years old, when she starts walking and climbing, it should close on its own. If it doesn’t close by the age of two years old, her parents have a decision of getting it surgically closed.
Iman Aaliyah was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Early on she was attracted to the arts with a strong desire to sing, dance, and perform the many story books that lined the walls of her childhood. Though thoughts of being a professional performer had not been amongst the list of career possibilities that she envisioned for herself as an adolescent the arts has always been a love that seemed mysteriously just out of reach. It wasn’t until attending Milford Mill Academy, cast in her first play, that she officially found performing to be her passion and dream. From that moment theater and she became inseparable. Graduating with a handful shows under her belt and a Cosmetology license she decided to take a year off before diving back into
I have been in Our lady of Mercy School for 10 years and I am the 2nd child of my family and last to graduate from OLM. I think of myself as funny, respectful, and optimistic. While in OLM I played basketball and running in 5th and 6th grade, I also played soccer for OLM in my 8th grade year, I was Mary in the Christmas Pageant, and I was an active member of Mrs. Lyons’ Breakfast Book club. Also when I was at OLM, at the end of the day I would get the kindergartners off the bus and to aftercare. Outside of OLM, I played soccer for my town, I danced at the Dance Corner, and I volunteered at the Dance Corner. I want to be remembered as the girl who treated everyone with kindness and could put a smile on your face, with her corny jokes.
With that being said, there will definitely be mistakes made by me which I will not be able to fix, but I will be able to learn from them and improve myself. I plan to go to a good college, get a good education, and get a substantial job. Both my Oma and I hope that I will meet a girl (who my Oma insists must be jewish), and get married. Maybe have a few kids too. When all of that happens, I will pass on the story of my resilient Oma Ellen and how she was able to overcome almost every obstacle that faced her in
Every year ever since my goal would be to take home the awarded diploma to the best student in the class. I chose to convey exemplary values to those around me, be it classmates, friends, or family. Although quirky, and having been an only child for the longest and loneliest seven years of my upbringing, I eagerly and earnestly strived to make an effort in becoming a successful and respectable member of my family, neighborhood, and surroundings. I anticipated becoming a role model as a soon-to-be older
On August 9, 1963, superstar Whitney Houston was born. She grew up living in Newark, New York, where she stayed in a middle-income neighborhood. Houston was the third and youngest child of Cissy Houston (gospel singer) and John Russell (entertainment executive). She was the godchild of Aretha Franklin and she studied and participated in all types of musical genres. Many may have believed that Houston was a great singer, but they had no idea of how big of a music icon and mogul she would become.
“I never really said I want to be a role model. But then when it happened I was so down for it… “ (Selena Gomez)
Beyoncé Knowles is known as an amazing actress, single, and fashion icon, but what was she like before all the fame in fortune? And how has it affected her life? What does it really take to become as sucessful as her? From her early childhood, Beyoncé Knowles wanted to be more than a performer: she wanted to be a superstar. By the age of twenty-one, she had reached that goal, becoming worldly famous not just as a singer but also as an actress. After her huge success with the R&B group Destiny's Child, Beyoncé broke out on her own, releasing a solo ablum, Dangerously in Love, in 2003. Thank you for having me for the first couple seasons of my career. I had great success that led to multiple individual awards awarded to me from the league. But let me address this clearly. I ain’t no b*tch. I think it was time for me to get out of Oklahoma City because were not having success at all. We've made it to the conference finals or a deep run in the playoffs every year after my arrival but I think this isn't enough. I wanted to join the team that just beat us and form a superteazm that will dominate the league for the years to come. I wanted to join Golden State and form the most prolific and impossible team in NBA history. Im a superstar in this league and one of the best players in history, I deserve a ring and a legacy to be remembered
Actress, beauty, and elegance are three words people think of when they hear Audrey Hepburn, but she was so much more. Many people know that Audrey Hepburn was an actress, but thatś just one role she played. As a well known actress, Audrey Hepburn Showed the world that sometimes you have to take a stand for what you believe in, even if itś not what the majority of people want or what a majority of people neglect. She left a lasting legacy as a fashion and beauty icon as well as having a playful elegance that always seemed to make people smile.
Influential people inspire people to go on with life without all the negativity. Drake motivates people with his music by saying, “Everybody dies, but not everybody lives.” Usually, his lyrics have deep meaning, so you’d have to really think about his lyrics. He wants people to look deeper into his music so they really do get inspired. Will Smith is a very inspirational speaker, as he states, “If you are absent during my struggle, don’t expect to be present during my success.” As you can see, he shows deep meaning, just like Drake and he is very powerful with his words. “I swear my intentions aren’t as evil as you think, but my temptations can always push people to the brink,” words from G-eazy. Obviously, he is proving that what you do can
I am Danilo. I am the kid whose one ambition in life is to never let anyone down. Whether i'm pleasing my parents with my tests, telling brutally perfect puns to my friends, I never try to be the person you don't want to spend time with. I hope to leave the legacy at Irma Coulson that I was a role model for younger students, and that I inspired them to pursue their dreams in school. I hope that people will remember me for my leadership skills, some interesting sports tactics, and overall being a really nice person. I hope that I have made enough connections with students and teachers alike to have an everlasting aurora floating around the school, giving good vibes and encouraging people while
My personal legend would be for everyone to look up to me and eventually come to me for help. I want to be that person you bring up in conversation and say “oh she’s a good person, nice people. I remember hearing this and that.” My sister and some of my really close friends already say I give decent advice. I’m going to accomplish my legend is by finishing high school, and live life gathering information and understanding life. I need to grow and achieve what life has to give me in order to be looked upon and to be spoken about with great deeds and actions. Age, experience and me are the only thing holding me back from accomplishing this personal legend. With time and a lot of patience, I can achieve this goal. My family somewhat knows of this
