Below is a chart that shows the breakdown of discounts against profits for each product in each segment. Part 3 According to the charts requested, the segment with the highest sales in 2019 was the Government segment, and this segment also had the highest profit. Unfortunately, the Enterprise segment had a negative figure for profit. Based on the charts above, the Paseo product was the only product with an above average profit per unit. These charts also reflect a percent defective per product, and it appears the Paseo has the highest percent, but there needs more investigation or more info added to the chart. Conversely, the Amarilla has the lowest percent of defective pieces manufactured. Investigating the negative profits, it is apparent that there is a relationship between profits per segment and discounts per segment. It appeared to be a product; however, the loss is in every product for the Enterprise segment. It is recommended to limit the discounts given to the Enterprise segment or look into the sales to see why there are more discounts than any other segment.
