There are certain sets of skills which should be equipped within a leader to ensure the organizational matters run accordingly. Management skills help identify how managers/leaders approach organizational decisions.

Considering H.S's role in company S as it’s chairman and Chief Global Strategist it is essential for him to have conceptual skills to help understand and diagnose complex business situations, conceptual skills help Mr. H.S strategize pathways for company S to proceed in.Interpersonal skills to help collaboratively work with external and internal parties well individually and in group settings. Given the designation held by Mr. H.S, it is important to have Technical skills which compromises of specific job-related knowledge and techniques which aid in carry out tasks related to the role.Finally, Mr. H.Sshould consist of Political Skills, political skills help develop a strong base whilst developing a well-connected resources network.
A company S’s store manager is also likely to benefit from the application of all above mentioned management skills suitably based on the job role. However, for a store manager, the most important skill would be a manager’s Interpersonal skill. This skill is important for a manager to motivate its workforce and to ensure the work gets done, similarly, interpersonal skills also refers to the manager’s capability in understanding and working well both individually and as a collaboration with the other employees.
Superiors of different levels can consist of all above-mentioned management skills, however, based on the above classification of importance, it is understood that the priorities for certain skills changes along with the designation.
