- Theater Ticket System: A small ten-seat theater has contracted you to build software which will reserve tickets. The theater has two rows of five seats each. Each row is referred to by number (1 or 2) and each seat in the row is referred to by letter (A, B, C, D, and E). When started, the program should ask the user for the row they prefer (row selection). If that row has no empty seats then the program should ask the user if they prefer the other row, if no then display a message stating the next show is tomorrow. Upon selecting a row, the program should present the user with a choice of available seats in the row. The user can then either choose a seat and print the ticket (in this case a simple message will suffice) or return to row selection. If a ticket is printed the program should return to row selection. The program terminates when all seats are reserved.arrow_forwardTrue or FalseA value-returning method must contain a return statement.arrow_forwardMicrosoft Visual C# 7th edition, programming exercise 11-3 Instructions: Write the program FindSquareRoot that finds the square root of a user’s input value. The Math class contains a static method named Sqrt() that accepts a double and returns the parameter’s square root. If the user’s entry cannot be converted to a double, display an appropriate message, and set the square root value to 0. Otherwise, test the input number’s value. If it is negative, throw a new ApplicationException to which you pass the message “Number can’t be negative.” and again set sqrt to 0. If the input value is a double and not negative, pass it to the Math.Sqrt() method, and display the returned value. An example of the program is shown below: Enter a number 9 Square root is 3 or Enter a number -9 Error: Number can't be negative. Square root is 0 Here is my code. How can I pass the message to a new ApplicationException and display the error message? Thank you. using System; using static System.Console;…arrow_forward

The program should display a letter grade for each score and the average test score. Write the following methods in the program: • calcAverage-This method should accept five test scores as arguments and return the average of the scores. • determine Grade-This method should accept a test score as an argument and return a letter grade for the score, based on the following grading scale: Letter Grade Score 90-100 80-89 70-79 60-69 Below 60 A B C D Farrow_forward
- A program contains the following value-returning method: private int Square(int value) { return value * value; } Write a statement that passes the value 10 as an argument to this method and assigns its return value to the variable result.arrow_forwardRetail price calculator Write a program that asks the user to enter an item’s wholesale cost and its markup percentage. It should then display the item’s retail price. For example: • If an item’s wholesale cost is 5.00 and its markup percentage is 100 percent, then the item’s retail price is 10.00.• If an item’s wholesale cost is 5.00 and its markup percentage is 50 percent, then the item’s retail price is 7.50. The program should have a method named calculateRetail that receives the wholesale cost and the markup percentage as arguments and returns the retail price of the item.arrow_forward99 question Reza Enterprises sells tickets for buses, tours, and other travel services. Because Reza frequently mistypes long ticket numbers, Reza Enterprises has asked his students to write an application that shows if a ticket is invalid. Your application/program tells the ticket agent to enter a six-digit ticket number. Ticket numbers are designed so that if you lose the last digit of the number, then divide by 7, the remainder of the division is exactly the same to the last dropped digit. This process is shown below: Step 1: Enter the ticket number; for example 123454 Step 2: Remove the last digit, leaving 12345 Step 3: Determine the remainder when the ticket number from step 2 is divided by 7. In this case, 12345 divided by 7 leaves a remainder of 4. Step 4: Display a message to the ticket agent indicating whether the ticket number is valid or not. If the ticket number is valid, save the number to a .txt file called “tickets.txt” and.arrow_forward
- Savings Account The following steps calculate the balance after three years when $100 isdeposited in a savings account at 5% interest compounded annually:1. Declare the variable balance as type Decimal.2. Assign the value 100 to the variable balance.3. Increase the variable balance by 5% of its value. (Write 5% as 0.05D.)4. Increase the variable balance by 5% of its value.5. Increase the variable balance by 5% of its value.6. Display the value of balance (rounded to two decimal places) in a list box.arrow_forwardSerendipity Booksellers has a book club that awards points to its customers based on the number of books purchased each month. The points are awarded as follows: If a customer purchases no books, he or she earns 0 points If a customer purchases 1 through 5 books, he or she earns 5 points for each book. If a customer purchases 6 through 10 books, he or she earns 10 points for each book. If a customer purchases 11 or more books, he or she earns points equal to 20 points for each book. (Use Python) Use the Design Recipe to write the function customer_rewards which consumes the number of books purchased, and returns the total points. Include a docstring! Write 3 assert_equal statements to test your function.arrow_forwarduse only C# programming language You invoke a method by its name followed by a pair of brackets and the usual semi-colon Write a method called DisplayPersonalInfo().
