Dispersion pattern is also termed as distribution pattern. It depicts the relationship between members of a same population in a habitat. Organisms of a population can be patterned in any of these three ways, uniform, clumped, and random.
Explanation of Solution
Opossums are lonely animals that meet only to mate and reproduce. Their dispersion pattern is random because they are found randomly without any specific spacing. This means they can meet at any place to mate, their place to meet is not fixed.
