I am second in command at my law enforcement agency, and I am responsible for promoting employees' mental health and wellness. Also, I will make officers are well trained on work related stressors. Officers has to eat health in order to maintain mental health and wellness. Also, an exercise program help keep people in good mental health and wellness, so my officers insurance policies will pay half. I brought three boxes from our team storage room, as I plan to send parcels to my sister's friends and the shop I bought a multitool from. As aforementioned, I have to send birthday presents for them. I eyeballed the size of boxes so that they won't be excessively large or too small to cram everything in. My speculation was quite precise, so I was able to leave only small room in the boxes. I had to make sure that I send the correct box to the right person, even if it wasn't that crucial, as presents for both of them are identical barring the cards for them. I wrote each one of the letter of their names on the boxes so that I can’t tell what belong to whom.
This plan includes a short summary of the most important data obtained from the BIA, such as the business unit, responsible manager, process/business function, recovery time objective (RTO), and estimated daily financial losses. Have it approved by senior management. Why? Because it will almost certainly require funding, and your senior management needs to know at least the estimated cost before they can approve it.
Use fictitious data to protect your privacy, although I will not share your projects. To protect your security please do not state whether the financial data you use is real or fictitious. The goal of the planning project will be to set a person up with a plan that will provide the greatest chance for long-term financial success. The plan you develop will be summarized in a 4-5 page type written double-spaced report highlighting your strategy and the financial vehicles you propose to use to help reach the financial goals set forth.
* The first two assignments (Stages I and II of the project) are worth 100 points each.
There are (3) reasons why I have chosen energy drinks as my NAB. First off, there is a growing market for energy drinks. Red Bull and Monster Beverage Corporation, together, form over 80% of domestic energy drinks volumes by estimates. Dollar sales for energy drinks grew almost 6% to $6.67 Billion in measured channels in 2013, which propelled sales growth for convenience stores (Team, 2014). A growing thirst for caffeinated “energy” drinks, which include the likes of Red Bull, Monster, and Rock star, has spurred a heart-thumping surge in sales. Globally, the energy drink industry has gone from a $3.8-billion business in 1999, to a $27.5-billion

This report demonstrates the work of my group’s business plan and my reflection on what challenges we encountered, if our actions had either positive or negative results or what I could learn during the course of this process. The purpose of this reflective learning is to encourage integrate theory with practise, appreciate the world through my own intellect and turn experiences into a new potential learning experience (Wong et.al, 1995). The central theme of this report is to establish how my analytical thinking has changed and if & how I plan on inculcating it in my future endeavours. It includes the experience of my journey from the formation of the group to the final presentation of the module. This report demonstrates how my approach towards a critical problem while making decisions has changed starting from idea generation and implementation all the way through conducting various cultural events. Engaging in this form of assessment i.e. reflection has provided me with the opportunity to explore judgement and clinical decisions that have been made by me while in the practise (Epp, 2008). This report allows the reader to understand how I developed and achieved various skills of analyst, critical intellect and most importantly working in a group. Being as specific as it can, this essay will be a persuasive description of my journey, arguing on my behalf. It includes how my contemporary thinking helped shape our business ideas and developed further through
