Introduction:
Out of the many models that describe traits of individuals, the Myers-Briggs Type Indication model or commonly known as the MBTI model and the big five model plays a vital role. The MBTI model has been developed with the answers gathered from individuals for 100 questions that asked them about their feelings and actions in difficult situations. The answers have been categorized as extraversion or introversion, sensing or intuition, thinking or feeling and judging or perceiving. The big five model suggests that there are five key personality traits that underlie in all other behaviors of individuals. They are extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to experience.
