Honestly as of right now I still do not know exactly what I want to do. However I do know that I would like to be involved in computer science. Texas A&M has a great opportunity for me to achieve my dreams. They offer computer science degrees such as minor in computer science, bachelor of science in computer science, master of science in computer science, master of computer science and even a doctor of philosophy.
Last but not least, Texas A&M has a really great cost and financial aid program for students. The In-state tuition and fees were about 10,176 dollars while out-of-state tuition and fees were about 28,768 dollars. If I was an In-state student, this would have been a great opportunity not only because of the students life and academics but also because of the tuition fees. However since I am not an In-state student, the cost is pretty expensive.
Overall, Texas A&M offers a great opportunity for me. Trying to get into this university alone will give me the opportunity to get better and try my hardest. I also love the fact that this school has a 20:1 student faculty ratio. I have always went to a small student faculty ratio school and I want to continue it. Last but not least, the computer science program is perfect for me. I can pursue my dream to have a job that is related with computer

Measuring Up: The National Report on Higher Education stated in 2006: “Texas’ under-performance in educating its young population could limit the state’s access to a competitive workforce and weaken its economy over time.” Yet in the intervening years, Texas leaders have done nothing to reverse this downward trend, instead slashing scholarships and other resources even further.
The total average cost of attendance to attend Texas A&M for one year cost about $27,272 (for in-state residents), which includes tuition and fees, board and room, books, transportation and other types of expenses. It’s also not a problem if you don’t live nearby . There are 16 different A&M University's. The closest ones from here would be Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and College Station. Texas A&M is the state’s oldest institution of higher education, and was founded in 1876.
In 1997, Texas legislature passed a law that all high school seniors were to be accepted to the University of Texas if they finish in the top ten percent of their class. The University of Texas followed this law but found that their student body was becoming less and diverse. Universities believe that having a diverse student is an important part of learning.
I thrive in smaller, yet motivated, environments where I am given the opportunity to reach my full potential, which is why I believe TCU would be a perfect fit for me. I am excited by the reputation of passionate and dedicated professors at TCU. I know that my professors at TCU will give their full attention to me and support me whether it be academically or in everyday life. Additionally, I find the TCU spirit captivating. I hope to try out for the TCU Show Girls if I have the honor of becoming a TCU Horned Frog.
The main downside of out-of-state college is that tuition costs for an out-of-state student can be doubled or even quadrupled. Some say depending on the institution that the cost is worth it in the long run. A student could get the exact same education in their own state and pay less than half the price for their tuition. The average cost of instate tuition is six thousand dollars while the average out of state tuition cost is fifteen thousand dollars (“In-State”). Staying in state for college can really help someone if they have never saved for college because the cost is substantially
Choosing a college is a challenging decision but a pathway to your future, in which makes it important to choose wisely. To choose a college of your liking you must rank your priorities, compare your financial aid packages, focus on your endgame, and also revisit your short list. These steps will most likely guide you to find the perfect college/ university for you. I've decided to choose “Texas A&M University school of law” in which is located in Fortworth, Tx. This university has had a 19.68% percentage of applicants who've been admitted and also has diversities of white(64.4%) and hispanics(21.8%). To live within the University a room can cost up to $20,000 , tuition can cost up to $28,000 , loans $208, and supplies $2,400 adding up to an amount of $50,700 in total. Texas A&M has a 8.4:1 student-teacher ratio meaning it wouldn’t be as populated as other colleges would be making it a great environment to focus. In Texas A&M , within criminal law , there are “Cynthia Alkon, and Amber Baylor” instructors in which I'd love to meet. Quality within this school is great, it's a good campus, good quality of tech, rooms, etc.

The University of Montevallo located in Montevallo, Alabama has fairly cheap prices when compared to other universities. For tuition and fees, not including room and board, costs $24,410 per year for out of state students. This is fairly cheap compared to other schools whose out of state tuition is $30k+ per year. In-state tuition costs $12,140 per year for tuition and fees. One of the highest selling points for me for Montevallo has the opportunity to have in-state tuition if I get a 3.0 GPA and a 23 on the ACT. This would save me a lot of money, making college cheaper than even some colleges in Colorado. The University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia is more expensive when it comes to out of state tuition. It costs $29,844 per year compared to Montevallo’s $24,410 per year. In-state tuition is $11,634 per year which is around $500 less than Montevallo. However, UGA does not offer as many opportunities to save money like
Georgia Tech has always been a dream for me. I don't know why but looking at letters and e-mails that I have received make me feel like I would fit in just by walking on the campus. I know that I can succeed here, and that everyone will help me along the "yellow brick road" of success. Ha, get it, one of the colors is yellow. This is a place where I can research and learn what is needed to continue on in life. My uncle was the one person that really persuaded me to apply. He knew that I could succeed here, and he never even went to Tech. Overall, this is where I know I will
The total amount to attend Texas State yearly is about 6,200 for all your classes and expenses. To be
College education today can be very pricey, especially considering that you have to pay for everything, even applications. To even send in an application and be considered for Texas Tech University it cost 75 dollars. Meal plans, dorms, and parking can add up to thousands and thousands of dollars a semester. Classes are really expensive too, the average cost is 38,016 dollars per year. This may seem overwhelming, but fortunately there are ways to help you with the cost. You can get scholarships in high school from many different organizations such as sports, or 4h and FFA. Also at Texas
My sister Haley is going to the college U of M. She always tries her best in school; she never gave up. U of M is not an easy school to get into. You have to get good grades. Haley is really smart and nice. She ended her semester with a 4.0 and that is a really good score.
It is a fraction of the cost of a four year university. For instance, former high school graduates that are going to TX A&M have to pay about $4,575 per semester. The University of Texas beats A&M with $98. While in Lone Star College you only have to pay about $800 per semester. What a tremendous difference! I am aware that if I went to Lone Star and I’m competing with someone that went to one of those famous and expensive state institutions, then I know that I most likely won’t get chosen by whichever job I was applying for, but that won’t make me regret having chosen LSC. I’m glad that I chose to attend to Lone Star College
Texas Tech University seemed like a wonderful institution. During my senior year of high school representatives came to my school and I always wanted to go there but during that time due to family issues I wasn’t able to apply but now that I’m given the chance to transfer there I was excited. Texas Tech offered many different scholarships and even for transfer students, also due to the major I want to go in I’ve read many reviews and talked to many people about the pre-medical program and I’ve had nothing but encouragement and excellent feedback. Out of all the universities I’ve looked into to transfer too Texas Tech was the only one who offered me everything that I was looking for from dorms
