The benefits of using technology in a classroom are various. In today’s world, people use
technology to have their work done for them. Technology has advanced so much that can have
make our lives easier. In a classroom, teachers can instruct with entertainment, make students do
their work along their classmates, a lot of learning styles and easy accessibility. Students don't
have to worry about keeping up with their work and it can be easily accessed at any given time. Technology like iPads and smart boards make learning more accessible for students at all
times. When students need to look for a word they don't understand or a lecture they still need

and makes a dynamic member in the learning procedure, as opposed to the uninvolved students

subjects like math and science into fun, connecting with, and instructive exercises for
understudies. Technology tools are continually moving forward. Indeed, even the ways
understudies get to and connect with data is continually making strides. Engineers are aware of
the advantages of innovation in the classroom. Additionally, social devices in give a learning

making education easier for every person. It is extraordinary how it has overpassed humanity in a
way where it can have everything done for it and it can educate students in a classroom. In a few
years people won't need to pay a teacher anymore in order to educate kids. Humans work will eventually be replaced by technology. Technology benefits both teachers and students in many different ways in a classroom.

These advancements have had a dramatic influence on the quality of life and education for our students. Personalized learning has also taken on a new meaning. Students are able to pursue any topic and any area of interest at any time. If they are interested in a certain topic, the information is at their fingertips. They no longer have to physically go to a library to gather information. It also means that students that live in remote areas have access to the same online resources as students in metro areas. Students can also go back and revisit a concept as many times as necessary, or dig deeper on a subject they enjoyed. Also, students are able to virtually visit an area of the world that he/she may never be able to visit in real life. Another advantage is that if students are planning a trip to another part of the country or world, they are able to go online and find out what type of weather, supplies, clothing, etc. that is useful for that area. Another aspect of education that has drastically improved is teacher resources. Teachers have an endless supply of activities and lesson plans, even on the most specific topic. If a teacher is struggling on a type of activity or lesson plan to teach a certain standard, he/she can search activities that would help teach that exact standard. Not only do they include activities or lessons, but there are also numerous examples of assessments to evaluate student progress. Teachers can also go online to create lesson plans and include links, websites, attachments, etc. needed for their plans. An example of the online lesson planner is planbookedu.com/. Teachers are able to share their lesson plans with colleagues or teachers from other schools. This is an amazing asset, considering that a few years ago we had to purchase books and resources for each grade level and subject. The final aspect of education I will discuss is schools
Education in today’s society is extremely different from education in the past. The subjects that are being taught in schools such as math, science, and history are still the same, but the implementation of technology has completely changed education. According to Anastasia Jenkins a freshman at Sowela Technical Community College, “Technology can encourage a child to have a more active participation which can be hard to achieve through a traditional lecture environment (Jenkins).” No one learns the same because due to different learning styles and different abilities. Technology provides more opportunities to make learning more effective for everyone with

For the last ten years, I have run my own school system which consisted of two students. In plain English, I was a home school mom and teacher. The advancements in technology helped me to research curriculum, made research easier for my students, as well as providing the opportunity to take on-line classes in order to create an individualized, well-rounded, and interesting educational opportunity for my children. If a question came up during class that I couldn’t answer, we were able to research it quickly and easily. Technology allowed my children to work to their fullest potential, and both have gone on to do well in

Students in the class are social and very active in class. Students learn how to be respectful, attentive, and demonstrate good behavior in the classroom. The teacher will create a suitable learning environment so that each student can grasp the concepts. There will also be small groups formed for better learning and support opportunities.
The students have different materials available to them to make their learning easier as well
One area of technological advancement I have a personal interest in is the global opportunity to improve the availability of a quality education. Education is changing at all levels due to advances in technology. In my opinion, the changes cannot be fast enough. The Huffington Post reports, “According to a study conducted in late April by the U.S. Department of Education and the National Institute of Literacy, 32 million adults in the U.S. can 't read. That is 14 percent of the population. 21 percent of adults in the U.S. read below a 5th grade level, and 19 percent of high school graduates can 't read.” Crum (2013)
That it went from the Civil War era of having the difference between girls and boys white and black, when it comes to education. To our modern world, with all of the new innovative technology that comes out everyday. With new computer applications that can make a child thrive from a low grade student or make a teacher able to assign projects easier. These are some of the many breakthroughs of childhood education across a time period of only two centuries. After looking thru the ages people can see that some of the skills that students are lacking like technical and management skills. Is partly due to teacher initiative and lack of exposure to
Therefore, a student will be less likely to make alterations in their class if they enjoy it, which also makes teacher’s jobs easier, alleviating the common grievances of current educators. Students will potentially have less homework, as they will be able to solve their problems easier, which makes students even more happy with their education.
Technology has revolutionized the human experience by changing the way one learns. Technology can best be defined as a tool that supports and promotes human learning. This can be seen through the usage of calculators, tablets (example: iPad), Smart Boards, video cameras, and, of course, the computer. These are all innovations that can have a profound impact on classroom learning. Although there are some schools that have a strict policy that technology should be removed from the modern day classroom, other schools believe that integrating technology into the classroom helps prepare our students for the elaborate world they will face going forward. Throughout this essay, I will be focusing on the technology policy and how it has a positive
The education system around the world has progressed and changed in a plentiful amount of ways, and the concept of knowledge and learning has changed in modern day. For example, certain schools around the globe are moving on to implementing technology in classrooms because it provides many benefits and statistical research that states how students are improving their academic readiness because of the instant access to information, a greater engagement and interactive process in learning, and the personalization that instructors can do towards the educational experience that students receive. The benefits of technology in class can be rather debatable, for there are people who think it's a distraction, but it certainly seems to be beneficial according to the increase of passing percentages in schools.
Technology has changed education for the better. People have so much knowledge at their fingertips when they can access
John Dewey, a leader for the progressive movement in education in the United States once said, “If we teach today as we taught yesterday, we rob our children of tomorrow.”
