The at will employment law and employee’s disparities is the primary reason for this proposed study; as a result key word were used to research the articles. The at will employment law key words within the articles are employment recovery, disparities, unwarranted termination, and sudden dismissal. The ProQuest Boolean connector ‘and’ was utilized and key words were highlighted. By researching the at will employment and law hundreds of articles were retrieved. Techniques were established to assist employees with policies that could amend wrongfully discharging claims and unreasonable terminations by employers. Zachary described how ‘at will employment policy’ can be challenged if the employee can prove termination was unjustly enforced. The findings suggest that the above authors’ approach could be useful for future and helpful in this literature review. Within the studies some weakness mentioned were the down side of the legal system and if the at will employment law is challenged too much the it may serve to undermine the legal environment. Several common themes emerge from the “the at will employment law a study of employee’s disparities. Result noted were the at will employment law a study of employee’s disparities key words for their research. The words were dismissal, disparities, unwarranted termination, and employment recovery. These terms produced reliable information in all this literature review.
