Just because the Vital Baseball organization does not turn a profit can the managing partners really market the brand to one day fully fund their future endeavors? To find these things out a SWOT and market analysis has been conducted on the organization and the brand as a whole to see what the future viability can actually be. A SWOT analysis is a determination of an organizations strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The SWOT analysis was conducted but other things were evaluated as well. Strategic planning in any organization is key to the future viability of the brand and the strategic future planning of the Vital Baseball organization was assessed. The course of the organization has been plotted to see where they will be in the next three years. Again a youth baseball organization may not be a for profit organization but to be viable for many years the organization must be managed smartly and in a manner that supports the goals of the entire organization.

As I walked through the gates and smell the amazing smell of fresh popcorn. look forward and see a perfect baseball field. Then you see the two teams and the superstars of the teams. I see the great Derek Jeter in his final season of his career. I see the uprising star Lorenzo Cain running through the outfield catching fly balls. I also see the 2 pitchers warming their arms up. The stars are warming up and I am smelling the great food and taking in the experiment.

The proposed project will be located, “in the northwest portion of the City of San Marcos in North San Diego County. The site is situated to the west of the northern terminus of Las Posas Road, southwest of the San Marcos Highlands Specific Plan Area, northwest of the Santa Fe Hills residential community, and east of unincorporated lands within San Diego County”. Many famous individuals in sports have tried to cheat their way out huge contracts with the help of substances that enhance their abilities. When fans’ trust is being played because of this act of insult to the culture of sports, it should bring shame to the individuals who took part in the accident. I love the smell of fresh cut grass on a beautiful baseball field. The look of it is amazing, but the smell brings back so many past memories. All through my life I've played baseball for travel teams and such. Playing on the best fields in the nation, and the fields always getting looked after. So whenever I step on a Baseball field now, I'm taken back to my times as a kid playing baseball with my friends over the summer going to all types of places.
