According to the article¨White lies are acceptable,even necessary part of many lives¨.I believe lying is Ok when you're in a bad situation.Also when you're about to protect your friends or your own self.Many lies are a moral duty especially needed in daily life.

Lying is sometimes Ok in some conditions.Sometimes its urgent to lie because you dont want to hurt anyones feelings.An example of trying not to hurt anyones feelings would be Ex:(Michell):Do I look fat in this dress?Then cristina says(Cristina)No you look nice dont worry about anything.She said that because she knew if it would hurt Michells feelings if she told her the truth.Another example is that Rebecca Campbell didnt want to tell her son there was going to be cartoons on …show more content…

Immanuel Kant has a different point of view.He believes lying is not Ok.He believes there are consequences for lying and remove any effort to distinguish among lies.Also he thinks lying will hurt mankind individually.He also believes when you lie the lie harms the liar himself or herself.

My argument can speak to theirs because mine has a lot of details and I can explain myself while I read through it.Also it can make them have a different point of view.My argument matters because it shows on what side of lying am I.Im not in the part where lying is not Ok I believe lying is so usefull and should be Ok.
