Who could ask for a more magical place to take a family vacation than Disney World. This place was really a dream come true. My trip to Disney World was by far the best family vacation that I have ever been on. Seeing all of the Disney Characters I grew up loving was an experience like no other. As my family and I walked through the entrance tunnel in the morning all of the Disney characters were dancing and welcoming us to the most magical place on Earth. There was Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and so many more. I was so excited to see that my all time favorite character was there too; Dopey. My mom was almost in tears when she seen Mickey Mouse. Adventuring through Disney world we got a chance to take pictures and get autographs …show more content…
It was like the movies were coming to life right before your eyes as each float went by. The dragon from Shrek actually spit fire, the detail was out of this world. They were all so amazing I didn't want to blink an eye. Close your eyes and imagine looking at the beautiful Disney castle lit in shades of red, green, blue, and pink then POW! Fireworks of every shape and color start shooting into the dark sky in the background. Some were just straight lines of neon colors; others were all shapes and white. While watching them I was just in complete awe. All of the colors almost make you want to squint, but you just have to keep watching to see what colors and shapes come next. Just as you think the show is over there comes another round. The explosive beauty makes it seem as if it were day light in the dead of night. Disney really is the most magical place on Earth! Our family shared many laughs together and many moments where we were just in awe. We rode the rides together, ate at amazing places with great food, watched parades and firework shows, and just so much more. Being here brought our family a lot closer together as we got to share this amazing experiences. It was one of the most amazing weeks of my
The most memorable trip my family has ever taken would be our trip to Disney World. My family and I have went to Disney three times, each time we have went I've had the best time of my life. Nothing could make me feel the way going to Disney with my family does. At Disney I have made memories that will last a lifetime. From the memories on the drive down to Florida to the memories we make while we are there. I remember the very first time I went, you can ride a ferry boat to get to Disney. We decided to ride over on the ferry instead of the monorail, just riding on the ferry was a different, and great experience from the rest.
The sky was lit up with blended colors of orange, red and yellow. The contrast created between the dark waters and the luminous sky makes the horizon look like a meeting of two worlds. The outer edges of the blazing sky have begun to cool with the indigo of the night, as it slowing sinks away. Before we knew it, it was pitch black dark and all you heard was a big pop, bang and boom. A soon as the firework popped in the sky, different colors lit up the sky. Fountain of colorful sparks, racing into the dark night sky. Crackling fire crackers creating a rhythm of sound. The ocean acting like a mirror, reflecting the colors of the fireworks on across the water. Everyone’s face lit up with excitement as the fireworks, pop and seen a glare of light across the sky. Kids running around with sparkles and roman candles, holding them up to the sky as they shot our like rockets toward the sky. The fireworks went on and on for about another fifteen minutes and we all called it a
Attention getter: Disney World has always been known as the happiest place on earth. I went there as a kid and haven’t forgotten my experience since. (Talk about how you got sick) Disney World has touched the hearts of kids for more than 50 years.
Disney World—the greatest place on earth. A place that anyone of age can have fun. According to the official webpage of Disney World, “the unforgettable happens [t]here”. Along with the opinions of many kids, teens, and adults, I agree that it is the greatest place on earth. The magical story book setting brings back the childhood nostalgia every American has felt in their life at least one time. However America is the only country to preserve the innocence from our childhood. But why? Why does America try so hard to protect our childhood innocence from the harsher reality?
I was three years old and I was driving with my Dad. The song "Like You were Dying" by Tim McGraw. My Dad was touched by the song and released how short life actually was. My Dad rushed us home and told my Mom we were going to Disney World. My grandparents were called and asked if they wanted to come with us. They did we all packed our bags. We spent four days in the Parks. I don't remember much, but we stayed in the Animal Kingdom Lodge. My favorite part was maybe the dress my Grandma made for me, a beautiful Sleeping Beauty pink dress. Pictures of me and my family around are my favorite pictures to look at in our scrapbooks. Overall, I love all Disney Parks. It is really hard for me not to love one. Hopefully, I can finish my goal for my blog, and include more different blogs for you all to
My first trip to Disney World, now that, that was a memorable trip. That trip was one of the most magical and happiest memories of my life. It was back in 2008, I had just turned 6 years old a few months before we left to go there. It was summertime, and the weather was perfect. I remember being so bored on the way there because I am an only child so I didn’t have anyone to entertain me besides myself. My mom’s side of the family went on this trip with us, and at the time I was the only grandkid, and the only kid at all. So once we finally were almost there I remember passing the big ‘Welcome to Disney World” sign and being so excited I peed my pants--my mom was pretty mad, but my dad thought it was kinda funny so I didn’t get in too much trouble.
So one of the best thing I have ever gotten to do is go to Six Flags. The one I got to go to is in Van Texas. It is a crazy amusement park that has the third fastest roller coaster in the country.I got to go with some people too. Me Anne Mae, Jack, Jonathan, Mason, Alison, Olle, Davis, and my mom. It is a very cool amusement park. My favorite part was the Mr. Freeze ride. Jonathan said, “Mr. Freeze was his favorite too”.
My Mom, Grandma and I flew out two days before my Dad and Nathan did. My Mom has short blond hair, wears glasses and is outgoing. My Grandma wears glasses, has short grey hair and is very nice. On the first day, my Mom and I went to Discovery Cove where we were in a program called “Trainer For a Day”. In this program, we got to swim with the dolphins, snorkel and learn about how everything works around the park. The next day my Grandma and I went to SeaWorld. I really enjoyed it because I love learning about marine life. We tried to do everything we could that day. When my brother Nathan and my Dad arrived that’s when we went to Universal Studios, Epcot, and Magic Kingdom. Nathan has brown hair, wears glasses and it kind. My Dad is tall, has short black hair and is funny. I loved riding the roller coasters with them because they make everything fun. I can’t wait to go
One where there were no worries and nothing bad could happen. One where no one bothered each other. One where everyone was happy go lucky and had a smile on their face. It rained every day on our trip and when it wasn’t raining it was ninety degrees, but that didn’t stop me from having a good time. I rode all the rides and took pictures with every character I came across. I even bought one of the mouse ear hats and wore it proudly. I didn’t have to worry about anyone judging me because they were doing the same. I realized Disney World was a place where you can have fun, let loose, and be a kid
When I was about 10 years old my family and I took a vacation to Florida to see my great aunt Linda. It was a 14 hour drive down to Florida which is a long time in the car. We were going down there for a week. For the first two days we went to Sea World in Orlando, Florida. I was very excited to see my great aunt because I have never met her before. I knew that I was going to have fun on this trip.
The best vacation I ever took, would have to be when I went to Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio. Cedar Point is an amusement park. My parents had gone a few years before that. I was about 11 years old the first time I went to Cedar Point. I was very short, (still am) and couldn’t go on all the rides. But I still had fun. We also went on a Ferry Boat ride. And went to a cave and and a “Butterfly Palace”.
I remember planning for this day for about two years. When I would finally get the chance to be with my best friends and take a road-trip to California to go to Disney Land, and now that the time to take that trip has come and gone I would like to talk about my most important journey.
When I heard my parents talking about going to Disney World I was so excited. It was a long trip down to Florida and I could not sit still, because I was so excited. We finally arrived that evening and decided to stay in a hotel near the theme park. When it was time for bed I could not go to sleep for a long time, because I
Walt Disney Company had always been successfully operating theme park until 1992. Starting in 1955 where the first Disneyland set its foot at Anaheim, California and in 1983 in Florida (Hill, 2000). While in 1983, Disney faced a true challenge as they opened the first international Disneyland in Tokyo. In a fear of wide cultural differences between American and Japanese, it turned out an unexpected massive successful Tokyo Disneyland. As a result, Disney did not hesitate to invest a big sum of money for Euro Disney in Paris.
Most people that have gone to Orlando for holidays, ended with good memories. I’m not the exception. The resorts, the parks, and the restaurant make Orlando the best place to enjoy for the whole family. My last holiday with my nephew in The Wall Disney World Resort was the best time of our life for my family and me.
