Introduction:
Both biology and environment play a crucial role in influencing puberty. The levels of hormones are raised in the body at the event of puberty and thus stimulate various physiological changes in both males and females. The physiological changes of puberty include height, weight, maturation of the sex organs, and development of primary and secondary sexual characteristics.
Major developmental aspects happened at the age of twenty. Physiological, cognitive, and socioemotional changes occurred throughout the adolescence stage and into older age. Several positive things occurred at people start growing older and aging plays a vital role in life. However, aging is linked with the decline of cognitive and physical factors. When compared to previous generations, now people are able get better health, nutrition, and medical advances and that helps them to live longer.
