Introduction
Fifth generation (5G) mobile technologies represent the next iteration of mobile communications technologies that were designed to improve current (e.g., 3G, 4G) mobile networks. 5G networks are expected to provide faster speeds, greater capacity, and the potential to support new features and services. According to Milanovic, M (2018) 5G technologies were developed to accommodate the increasing demands for mobile data (i.e., more people using more
data on more devices). It is also expected to serve current consumer demands and future applications (e.g., industrial Internet of Things, autonomous vehicles). 5G technologies are expected to yield significant consumer benefits (e.g., assisting the disabled, enabling telemedicine), industrial benefits (e.g., automated processes, increased operational efficiencies, data analytics), and economic benefits such as new revenues and new jobs acknowledge by the Department of Communications (2018).
. 5G Thesis
Being a user of 5G network, comes with responsibility. With these platforms providing users access to people, services, goods, and experiences that might not be locally obtainable it is a bargain. Users are not always aware of what they are going to be on at the receiving end. Users utilizing a good ethical code would make this experience better for everyone involved. Milanovic, M (2018), said that 5G can make bandwidth-intensive processes, like augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) and real-time data transfer and analysis, all of which demand reliable high speed and low latency, possible at a larger scale. This could have impacts in all areas of business.
2
Ethical Dilemmas and recommendations
Dilemma # 1- Online Scams One disadvantage to 5G technology is visibility. When using the internet, you have to hope
that what you are searching for is what really interested on, because there will be some distractions from some advertisement on the internet. Alton, L (2018) said that when provided the opportunity to hide behind a screen people are able to present themselves and their products. Without the chance of investigating, a lot of users have become a victim of scamming or phishing, when advertising their products. it is the user’s responsibility to be ethical and honest. Sellers also should be honest and transparent with their audience about their products, this should
be clearly communicated and advertised also sellers should not over promise and underdeliver. Alton, L (2018) also emphasis that dilemma doesn’t only apply to online shopping It applies to online dating too, with many users not being truthful with who they are often result to Catfishing.
That is where users pretend to be another person or create a fake identity that is more appealing to get the attention of other users. Both of these examples are deception and against the ethical code of the platform. Recommendations:
I recommend that everyone that shops online must properly research the sites before making any money transactions. There are tools that have been developed to minimize scams like accreditation sites. According to Alton, L (2018) these sites can provide you
with a list of accredited online retailers, to ensure you are getting what you paid for. If there are opportunities to buy the items in store go that route. If there are reviews available, read them, and
take them into consideration. Avoid blind dating when online dating use other forms of network communication to do your research. Facetime or skype can be used to ensure a person is who they say they are.

Dilemma # 2- Take Privacy seriously
. When parking in cyber communication your identity is at a greater risk of being stolen. Being ethically correct involves filtering your information and reporting all spam, fraud, thief, data collection and known hacking. Users should also escalate all potential danger to them, the public, or the environment to the appropriate authorities. Operators also shouldn’t do things like transmitting worms, viruses, and other forms of destructive nature. Recommendations:
To ensure safety on the internet I recommend filtering the information you provide. Not posting things like your whole name, where you live, where you work, and your schedule are things that can protect you and decrease your chances of becoming a victim of identity thief. I also recommend that users make their page private, allowing only friends and associates to follow them. This minimizes the opportunity for your life to be so exposed to so many people. Furedi, F (2015) think anyone who post their child on internet should make their page private to protect their child. Ways to prevent fraud would be not saving your banking information to your devices. There are varieties of ways for hackers to attack your device and saved information is at their disposal. I think that users should also avoid communication with unsecure pages. On internet there is a lot of fake pages, normally the creator
of the account uses pictures of an attractive person to lure users in. Once the potential scammers have your attention, they send direct messages promoting a product or promising free money. Do
not engage with these kinds of pages. Block the users and report the page as spam.
4
Dilemma # 3 Everyone has their preferences. An important thing about 5G technology is that it is a diverse platform. There are users from various places, demographics, beliefs, and sexual orientation. Users are expected to operate
with integrity and equality. With these networks people abuse freedom of speech to tear down other people and their actions. According to Furedi, F (2015) 5G technology can be a place of judgment and bullying. However, in an ethically correct world users would not be slander, harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate any other users. Operators would not conceal negative messages. Operators would express their experiences and opinions without hurting other people’s feelings. Recommendations:
To ensure that that you are being ethically correct try not to comment on others with negative feelings and thoughts. We might not agree with how other people choose
to live their life’s but a part of ethics and understanding it’s okay to not agree. Furedi, F (2015) said that cyberbullying in the leading cause of suicide the hate mail and cancel culture that takes place on internet platforms today would not be so high if other people values ethics. I also recommend that users that are on the receiving end of these types of messages value themselves more to allow other people determine self-worth. Internet users that are dealing with mental health problems should use this platform to find help.
In conclusion, in conclusion if all users utilize a good ethical code, it will make this experience better for everyone involved. We should commit to reporting significant violations to the appropriate authorities to protect ourselves and our community.

IT and KM are not identical; knowledge management focuses on capturing, preserving, sharing, and reusing information. The key goals of this program are to create an organizational culture that places a high value on knowledge and to promote an environment that encourages the interchange of information. On the other hand, information technology focuses on the supply of tools and systems that enable knowledge management methods.
The process of encapsulating tacit information is one of the most problematic components of knowledge management, and it is precisely in this area where interaction between KM and IT is essential (Guru, n.d). It is impossible to record tacit knowledge using traditional information technology approaches like as databases, web forms, and other data-driven solutions. It advocates for more innovative approaches, such as conducting interviews, engaging in focus groups, and exchanging stories. The SECI model is an effective tool for highlighting the…

Research Topic: An investigation into understanding the study of the barriers to participation in cricket among under 15 girls in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. This is my research topic but my lecturer told me to "Make your topic more concise. Choose investigation or study. Delete understanding and barriers. To use barriers is to imply there are barriers. You are seeking to find out what barriers there may be so let your study determine that".
Can you help me make a more concise topic based on the one above?

He and his wife thought they would start with a restful break before they started their travels in earnest. Harry is the head aero engineer at Global Delivery Direct and has been in charge of purchasing the planes and maintenance for the last 15 years after being an employee with GDD 25 years before. Harry had worked up in the company to his current position and has seen a lot of initiatives come and go when it came to eco-friendly flying machines. In the last four weeks, Harry has been breaking in his replacement, Imogine Farthing, who is coming from their London branch. Harry likes Imogine and thinks that she will do well. However, she is keen to purchase the new Boeing 777 cargo plane. She thinks it will go a long way to improving their fuel consumption and air emissions in the long-run…
