The role of a school’s educational leaders is to help the students succeed academically by providing high quality material and experiences, and by supporting a high-quality environment. They promote a supportive and inclusive culture, ensure equality and a fair education to everyone, and play the role of mediator between the policy of the school and the
practices put into play in the classrooms (School Leader - Roles and Responsibilities, 2024).
A school’s educational leader is also responsible for collaborating with and supporting the other educators. They search out exceptional and advantageous curriculum and develop and implement a program that provides great results without wasting time, money, or energy (Quality Area 7 – The Role of the Educational Leader, 2018).
A leader who cares about his staff and students leads by example. Whether on campus or even in the local grocery store, an educational leader maintains high morals and has become the characteristics he displays in the hallways of the school. His transparency and gentle feedback also helps promote self-efficacy in the staff and students while encouraging student
independence and the other educators more job control (Ventura, 2024).
