On August 21, 2015, a Citation and Notification of Penalty along with an OSHA 300 booklet was issued toward this plant facility. In compliance to OSHA regulations, the following steps were implemented in compliance to OSHA Citations:
POSTING
.
According to OSHA law, a copy of the Citation shall be posted in a prominent place near the location of the violation cited areas. There’s also the option to have the citation readily available to all affected employees.
PENALTIES (Fees)
For all uncontested citations, penalty fees shall be paid in full within fifteen business days according to OSHA laws. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
For each uncontested citation, the following steps shall be complied:
Correct the Hazard.
This includes addition safety features/equipment or revamp the affected area.
Certify the hazard has been abated
